杜炜迪律师从事法律服务逾十年，出生于深圳市，有海外留学创业经历（2003-2010年留学于澳大利亚悉尼）、政府事业单位工作经历（2011-2014任职于罗湖公证处公证员助理、翻译），熟悉使用普通话、客家话、粤语、英语作为工作语言。具有基金从业资格及婚姻家庭咨询师职业资格证书，擅长处理涉外（涉港澳）遗产继承、分家析产、资产分割等家族问题，担任数个企业常年法律顾问及专项顾问，擅长运用公证与调解手段，为客户解决疑难杂症。办案风格认真负责，善于创新，疫情下为国内外客户排忧解难，与客户关系融洽，深入分析案件底层逻辑，具备定纷止争的谈判能力。深耕于境内外财富规划、境内外商事争议纠纷解决、家族法律事务、婚姻家事、房地产与建设工程、企业法律服务与企业合规，以及与公证有关的综合法律服务等领域。

Lawyer Du Weidi has been engaged in legal services for more than ten years. He born in Shenzhen. He has overseas study and entrepreneurship experience since 2003-2010 in Sydney, Australia, government and public institution work experience as a notary assistant and translator since 2011-2014 at Shenzhen Luohu Notary Public Office. Fluent in use of Mandarin, Hakka, Cantonese and English as working languages. He has the qualification of fund practitioner and the professional qualification certificate of marriage and family counselor. He specializes in family issues such as foreign-related (Hong Kong or Macao) inheritance, family and property division, asset division and etc., and serves as the perennial legal counsel and special consultant for several enterprises, and he is good at using notarization and mediation methods to solve difficult and miscellaneous problems for customers. His case handling style is conscientious and responsible, good at innovation, solving problems for domestic and foreign customers under the epidemic, having a harmonious relationship with customers, in-depth analysis of the underlying logic of the case, and the ability to negotiate, settle disputes or end disputes.
