中国律师、证券业、银行业（风险管理）、演出经纪人、拍卖师、文物艺术品价格评估师、导游等从业人员资格。
专长于涉台跨境争议解决、仲裁调解代理、法律咨询、法律顾问、非诉讼法律服务等律师业务。
法学著作有《企业跨境法律纠纷应对之道》（法律出版社）联合编写。
