以欺骗、贿赂等不正当手段取得广告审查批准的，广告审查机关予以撤销，处十万元以上二十万元以下的罚款，三年内不受理该申请人的广告审查申请。
例2：
Where a license for export of controlled items is obtained by improper means such as fraud and bribery or transferred illegally, the export license shall be revoked, the export license certificate shall be taken back, and the illegal gains shall be confiscated.
以欺骗、贿赂等不正当手段获取管制物项出口许可证件，或者非法转让管制物项出口许可证件的，撤销许可，收缴出口许可证，没收违法所得。
例3：
Bribery committed by a staff member of a business operator shall be deemed as bribery committed by the business operator, except where the business operator has evidence to prove that the conduct of the said staff member has nothing to do with seeking transaction opportunities or competitive advantage for business operator.
经营者的工作人员进行贿赂的，应当认定为经营者的行为；但是，经营者有证据证明该工作人员的行为与为经营者谋取交易机会或者竞争优势无关的除外。
