总部位于北京的植德律师事务所近日正式设立广州办公室，并迎来4位专家沙骏、秦婧、廖舒欣和吴圣民律师以合伙人身份加盟广州办公室。

据悉，沙律师将担任广州办公室的负责合伙人，他的主要执业领域为金融、投资、并购、公司、房地产等领域的争议解决业务。

秦律师的主要执业领域为民商事争议解决，尤其在公司、合资合作、侵权、劳动等领域的争议解决业务拥有丰富经验。
▲ 廖舒欣 Liao Shuxin
廖律师的主要执业领域为民商事争议解决业务，在金融、资管、投资、房地产、公司等领域具有丰富的经验。
▲ 吴圣民 Wu Shengmin
吴律师的主要执业领域为困境重组、司法重整、司法和解、破产清算、强制清算、自行解散、破产衍生诉讼及特殊机会并购重组等。
这是植德今年引入的最新一批合伙人级别律师。

Merits & Tree launches in Guangzhou and adds four partners
Beijing based Merits & Tree Law Offices has launched a new office in Guangzhou, and welcomed four partners: Sha Jun, Qin Jing, Liao Shuxin, Wu Shengmin.
Sha Jun will lead the Guangzhou office, focusing on dispute resolution in the areas of finance, investment, mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, and real estate.
Qin Jing specialises in civil and commercial dispute resolution, with extensive experience in corporate matters, joint ventures, tort claims, and labour disputes.
Liao Shuxin concentrates on civil and commercial dispute resolution and has considerable expertise in finance, capital management, investment, real estate, and corporate law.
Wu Shengmin specialises in distressed reorganization, judicial reorganisation, judicial settlement, bankruptcy liquidation, compulsory liquidation, self-dissolution, bankruptcy derivative litigation, and special opportunity M&A reorganization.
This is the latest batch of partner-level hire made by the firm in 2024.
