一、表达“精准掌控”或“把握得当”
"Nail it."
完美达成目标，或精准掌握某件事情。
"She really nailed it with her presentation today!"
（她今天的演讲简直拿捏得死死的！）
"Have it under control."
完全掌控局面，游刃有余。
"Don't worry about the event. I've got it all under control."
