Climate Change and Sustainability Service - Senior Associate
（1）业务方向：
·Audit 审计
（2）工作内容：
1.Work with market leaders in industries such as TMT, retail, consumer products, property development and management, education, health sciences, oil and gas, etc.
2.Work as part of the engagement teams to support clients to compile ESG report and providing management improvement advice responding to capital market ESG related performance.
3.Assist clients to formulate ESG strategy and setup ESG/carbon target, as well as action plan to archive the target.
4.Provide services on ESG risks management for the clients who has significant ESG risk in their business and operations activities, including supply chain management, Environmental, health and safety (EHS) management.
5.Guide the teams in the developing tailored scope of services to clients based on understanding to clients’ operations.
6.Understand the client's industry and recognize key performance drivers. Gain acceptance on a wide variety of issues impacting the client
7.Bring potential opportunities to the teams' attention. Seek, develop and present ideas to apply EY's services.
1.与TMT、零售、消费品、房地产开发和管理、教育、健康科学、石油和天然气等行业的市场领导者合作。
2.作为项目团队的一员，支持客户编制ESG报告，并根据资本市场ESG相关绩效提供管理改进建议。

（3）岗位要求：
1.University graduate with other Accounting/Consulting organizations as a ESG/CSR/Sustainability professional; or with Carbon, EHS, Renewable Energy, etc. related working experiences
2.Familiar with consulting methodologies and requirements
3.Familiar with businesses and operational workflows
4.Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both verbal and written form
5.Able to interact effectively with both management and clients
6.Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
