We are thrilled to announce the return of the Second Language Research Forum (SLRF), resuming after a five-year break!
An author may submit only one paper or one poster as the first author, but they may also be a presenter/co-author on additional papers or posters. All documents submitted should be completely anonymized, with all references to institutions and presenters removed.

Individual paper sessions must be designed for a 20-minute presentation followed by a 10-minute question/discussion period.
Proposals for individual papers or posters should complete the information in the submission form, including:
A title (15 words maximum)
Keywords (5 keywords maximum)
A summary (50 words maximum)
An abstract (350 words maximum)
Only proposals submitted meeting the guidelines outlined above will be evaluated. Those not meeting the criteria will be rejected. Proposals for individual papers and posters will be evaluated using the following criteria:
Appropriateness and importance of the topic
Theoretical orientation
Research design or conceptual framework
Organizational clarity Notification of acceptance
Notifications to authors regarding proposal acceptance or rejection will occur approximately mid-May 2025.
January 1, 2025: Proposal submission opens
February 28, 2025: Proposal submission ends
Mid-May 2025: Acceptances sent out
September 25-28, 2025: Conference
