Through this visit, I gained a certain understanding of Ctrip, the company. The staff first introduced us to the company's development history. As a ticketing service company, Ctrip started as an information service website and gradually developed various ticketing services to provide convenience to people, expanding to become a giant in the field. Through the introduction by the technical staff, I also learned that seemingly simple functions such as push notifications and search require complex technology to optimize. The sharing of recruitment information at the end also let me know about Ctrip's relatively humane corporate culture. I am grateful to Ctrip Group for giving us the opportunity to visit, which broadened my horizons and provided me with more knowledge related to the corporate world.
Haoran Zhang：
Today's visit to the Ctrip headquarters gave me an opportunity to step into this vast and dynamic enterprise. The highly technological building immediately caught my eye upon arrival. Stepping through the doors of the headquarters, I learned about Ctrip's development history and operational mechanisms, and I was amazed by its highly humane office culture and generous employee benefits. After listening to the introduction by the recruitment manager, I even entertained the idea of joining the company right away.
Xingyuan Ding:
Thanks Trip for giving us an opportunity to visit the company. It was inspiring for me to see how they tackle challenges happened in the travel industry, from personalized recommendations to seamless booking processes. This visit not only broadened my understanding of the travel tech landscape but also highlighted the importance of technology in making travel more available and enjoyable for everyone.
