4月11日，密西根学院及溥渊未来技术学院的同学来到位于吴泾镇的柏楚电子科技公司进行参观学习。
On April 11, the students of JI and GIFT went to Bochu Electronic Technology Co., Ltd for a study tour.
上海柏楚电子科技股份有限公司，2007年9月11日于紫竹国家高新技术产业开发区创办成立，是一家高新技术的民营企业，由五位上海交通大学校友联合创办。公司主要从事激光加工自动化领域的产品研发及系统销售，主攻激光加工技术及相关理论科学的研发，同时也是国内光纤激光行业的先驱者。
Shanghai Bochu Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., founded in Zizhu National High-tech Industrial Development Zone on September 11, 2007, is a high-tech private enterprise co-founded by five alumni of Shanghai Jiao Tong University. The company is mainly engaged in product research and development and system sales in the field of laser processing automation, focusing on the research and development of laser processing technology and related theoretical science, and is also the pioneer of the domestic fiber laser industry.
工作人员首先带领同学们参观了公司的企业设备展示厅，向同学们介绍了激光切割技术，并为同学们演示了平面切割机床的工作方式。切割头在预先设定好的轨迹下快速移动，放出一阵阵耀眼的强光，很快就切好了一片样品。
The staff first led the students to visit the company's enterprise equipment exhibition hall, introduced the laser cutting technology to the students, and demonstrated the working mode of the plane cutting machine tool for the students. The cutting head moved quickly under the pre-set trajectory, giving off bursts of dazzling bright light, and soon cut a sample.
随后，同学们被带领至位于公司顶层的休息室参观。休息室内，有台球桌、象棋、书吧等供员工放松的设施。在吧台的架子上，展览着公司历届优秀工程师的照片和为他们定制的陶土小人。站在落地窗前，还能俯瞰到黄浦江景。
Then the students were led to the rest room on the top floor of the company. In the rest room, there were billiard tables, chess, book bars and other facilities for employees to relax. On the shelf of the bar, there were photos of the company's outstanding engineers and clay figurines customized for them. Standing in front of the French window, we could overlook the Huangpu River.
同学们随后来到三楼的硬件研发中心，参观了公司的工作环境。走楼梯到二楼，就到了公司的篮球场。
The students then came to the hardware research and development center on the third floor and visited the company's working environment. Then we walked up the stairs to the second floor and came to the company's basketball court.
参观结束后，同学们与两位就职于柏楚的交大校友进行了面对面交流。他们分别就自己的学习经历和生涯路径向同学们进行了分享。
After the visit, the students had a face-to-face communication with two alumni of Shanghai Jiaotong University working at Bochu. They shared their own learning experiences and career paths with the students.
俞老师
首先是电院1997级校友俞老师为大家进行分享。他为大家介绍了柏楚的主要发展业务，并分享了公司的工程师文化。俞老师认为，有必要打好校内专业课程的基础，并以自己的技术工作经历为例说明了牢固的知识基础对于工程师的重要性。
Yu , who was a 1997 alumni of the Institute of Electrical Engineering, shared his experience with the students. He introduced the main development business of Bochu and shared the company's engineering culture. Mr. Yu believed that it is necessary to lay a good foundation of professional courses in school, and took his own technical work experience as an example to illustrate the importance of a solid knowledge foundation for engineers.

密院本科2017级机械工程专业的校友王学长也进行了分享。他先是为大家分享了自己在密院的学习经历，鼓励大家积极实践，从中找寻自信。同时，他还建议我们通过小组作业锻炼合作沟通的能力。除此之外，他还分享了自己的求职经历，并赞扬了公司良好的上下级氛围。
Then, a 2021 mechanical engineering alumni of Joint Institute shared his experience with the students. He first shared his study experience in the School of Mechanical Engineering and encouraged students to actively practice and gain confidence. At the same time, he also suggested that we exercise our ability to cooperate and communicate through group assignments. In addition, he also shared his job-hunting experience and praised the good atmosphere between superiors and subordinates in the company.

这次前往柏楚电子的参观让我获益良多，深刻感受到了这家企业先进的技术实力和良好的企业文化。在参观过程中，我有幸观看了激光切割加工的演示，这不仅让我对这项技术有了更深入的理解，也让我感受到柏楚电子在行业内的领先地位。通过精确的激光技术，材料被高效且高精度地切割，展示了高效率和高精度的加工能力，这不仅体现了柏楚电子在技术研发方面的实力，也展示了其对产品质量的严格要求。
除了生产加工区，我们还参观了公司的办公区和休闲区。办公区域的设计既现代又人性化，营造了一个舒适高效的工作环境。而休闲区域更是令人赞叹，设施完善的专业篮球场和健身房为员工提供了丰富的体育活动选择。
在参观的最后，我们还聆听了交大校友学长在柏楚电子的工作经历分享。他们的介绍不仅让我们了解了公司的企业文化，也让我们看到了作为一名员工在这样的企业中可以获得的成长机会和职业发展路径。

这次活动中，我不仅加深了对激光加工产业与技术的了解，更亲身感受到优秀高新技术企业的文化与氛围。在短短十几秒内切割成型的光滑板材令人震撼，效率与质量的优势背后是不断的技术积累与流程覆盖。分享环节，两位学长讲述了他们从校园走向职场的点滴故事，在给我职业发展规划的启发外，也让我意识到创新实践的重要性。参观工作环境时隐约感受到的“自由创新”之风，在学长们对“工程师文化”的阐释下，变得具体充实起来，使我对工程师的角色有了更深刻的认识。
