9月19日-9月20日注册报到，9月23日（星期一）上课。如未按时返校注册报到，将视为旷课，最高将受到开除学籍处分。有特殊情况请提前一周联系辅导员办理请假手续。
The registration date for the new semester is on Sept. 19-20, 2024. Classes will be resumed formally on Sept. 23, 2024.If you fail to return to school on time to register, you will be considered absent from class and even maybe expelled from school. Any special reason please contact the coordinator one week in advance to apply for leave.
请同学们在10月25日前缴纳学费及住宿费。如不能按时缴纳全额学费及住宿费，学院有权暂停学生学习活动及居留许可。
Students shall make payment before 25 Octorber.if any student who cannot finish the payment of tuition & accommodation fee on time, SIE has right to stop the study and residence permit of the student
境外返校同学建议首先完成体检，再办理签证业务，请在入境后一周内在指定单位完成体检。
Students returning from abroad are advised to complete the physical examination first and then apply for a visa, and please complete the physical examination at the designated unit within 1 week of entering the country.请认真检查各自签证和保险有效期。如需延期签证，请提前四周联系辅导员办理，办理签证前须确保已缴清各项学习费用，并已购买来华留学保险。

2019-2023级本科生请及时查询课程成绩，对课程成绩有疑问的请尽快申请成绩复核，补考和重修计划安排在开学后两周内 ，请按时参加补考和重修。

1. 请同学们根据开学时间，提前整理好新学期所需物品、做好专业学习及生活方面的各项准备。规划好返校行程、及时返校。
Students are requested to prepare in advance for the new semester and prepare for their professional studies and daily life according to the start time of the semester. Plan the return trip to school, and return to school in a timely manner.
2. 返校途中务必增强安全意识，与家人或朋友保持联系，告知他们行程及返校情况。妥善保管个人物品，确保贵重物品、身份证件不离身；坚决拒绝乘坐无运营资质的非法车辆；关注饮食、交通及个人财产安全。
On the way back to school, it is necessary to enhance safety awareness, keep in touch with family or friends, and inform them of their itinerary and return to school situation. Properly keep personal belongings and ensure that valuable items and identification documents are not left behind; Resolutely refuse to ride illegal vehicles without operational qualifications; Pay attention to food, transportation, and personal property safety.
3. 抵达校园后，请务必告知家人自己已平安到校。同时及时前往储藏室取回自己的行李，并且及时打扫宿舍卫生，开窗通风。留学生宿舍已完成焕新，在1、3、5层东侧设有公共厨房，西侧设有洗衣房和开水机，请同学们文明使用。宿舍内禁止使用烧水壶、电热毯、热得快、暖手宝、电吹风、电饭煲等违章电器，做到外出断电。留学生工作办公室将开展宿舍检查，并没收一切违章电器。

It is forbidden to use illegal electrical appliances such as kettles, electric blankets, hot fast, hand warmers, hair dryers, rice cookers and other illegal electrical appliances in the dormitory, so as to cut off the power when going out. The Student Affairs Office will carry out dormitory inspections and confiscate all illegal electrical appliances.
4. 如个人信息有变化，如护照号码、邮箱、住址等，请及时向辅导员报告。
