National Day Holiday Arrangements
国庆节放假通知
亲爱的同学们：
根据学校校历，现将国庆放假事宜通知如下：
Dear students,
According to the University's calendar, here are the arrangements, safety reminders for Chinese National Day holiday.
放假时间
一、 10月1日-10月7日为放假时间，前往外地的同学请提前三天联系辅导员办理请假手续，跟团旅游需提供旅行社合同，探亲访友需提供友人联系方式和护照信息。所有请假离徐的学生需在10月7日前返校，9月29日和10月12日（星期日、星期六）正常上课。实习生请遵照医院安排。
1.The holiday period is from September 1th to October 7th. Students who plan to travel outside the city should contact their coordinators three days in advance to apply for leave（fill application form and apply on miniprogram）, and those traveling in groups must provide travel agency contracts. For those visiting their friends and family, contact information and passport information must be provided. All students who are leaving the city must return to the school by 7th.September 29 and October 12 (Sunday and Saturday) are adjusted to working day. Interns please follow hospitals arrangement.
宿舍注意事项
二、宿舍开放时间为6：30-22：30，宿舍内禁止留宿外人，禁止使用违禁电器，不酗酒、不吸烟、不涉毒、不打架斗殴；共同维护文明宿舍空间，休息时间禁止大声喧哗影响他人，维护公共厨房卫生。
2. The dormitory opening hour is from 6:30 am to 10:30 pm. It is strictly prohibited to let outsiders stay in the dormitory overnight, use banned electrical appliances, drink alcohol, smoke, use drugs, fight or quarrel. We must maintain a civilized dormitory space and refrain from making loud noises during rest time, and keeping all public kitchens clean.
安全注意事项
三、离开宿舍要锁门，保存好贵重物品，关闭电源。不要长时间使用空调，注意个人卫生，房间勤通风。
3. When leaving the dormitory, lock the door, keep valuables safe, and turn off the power. Avoid using the air conditioner for a long time, pay attention to personal hygiene, and ventilate the room frequently.
四、外出注意交通安全，不乘坐非法运营车辆，乘车途中注意保管好自身财物；自觉遵守交通规则，驾驶电动自行车时必须佩戴头盔，没有校园电动车车牌的电动车禁止驶入校园，禁止酒后驾驶等违法行为。
4. Pay attention to traffic safety when going out, do not take illegal vehicles, and keep personal belongings safe. Adhere to traffic rules and wear helmets when driving an electric bicycle. Electric bikes without the campus plate are not allowed to enter the campus. Driving under alcohol drinking will not be tolerated.
