关于11-12月书记、院长接待日的通知
Notice on Secretary & Dean Reception Day in Nov.& Dec. 2024
为进一步加强学院师生间的沟通，深入了解留学生的学习和生活情况，广泛听取学生对学院发展建设的意见，切实为学生办实事解难题。本学期学院将组织开展书记、院长接待日活动，现将本学期11-12月接待日工作安排公布如下：
To further promote the communication between school leaders and students, get to know international students’ study and life, extensively listen to international students’ opinions on the development and construction of SIE, and effectively solve problems for international students. This semester, SIE will implement Secretary and Dean Reception Day activity, and the arrangements in November and December are announced as follows.

注意事项
请至少提前3天按要求填写并提交预约登记表。留学生工作办公室将根据预约情况，提前与值班领导确认，并通知学生本人按时参加。
Please fill in the Reservation Form of Reception Day at least 3 day in advance to make an appointment. The Student Affairs Office will confirm with the on-duty leader in advance based on the submitted reservation forms, and notify the students to participate on time.
