一、交通方式 Transportation
新生可以通过乘坐飞机、高铁以及火车的方式到达徐州，可以直接乘坐地铁1号线、10路、70路公交车以及出租车到达学校。
New students can reach Xuzhou by taking a plane, high-speed train, or regular train. The school can be reached directly by subway line 1, bus 10 and 70, as well as taxis.
NOTE:
当你乘坐出租车来学校报到时，请记住或者向司机出示以下地址。
When you come to our university by taxi, please show the following address to the driver。

二、缴费 Fee Payment
所有学生须在规定时间完成本学年的学费及住宿费缴纳，并将缴费收据交至辅导员处。
Please read this notice carefully and complete the payment of tuition and accommodation fees for this academic year (2024-2025) and send the photo of receipts to your coordinator within the specified time.

1.银行汇款
请将学费、住宿费通过银行汇款至我校账户（如下图），请务必在转账时备注学生姓名、学号、护照号等信息。
Please transfer the fees to University bank account as below, and attach student’s name, student ID and passport number.
2.支付宝转账
请查阅微信文章
Student can transfer the fees via Alipay application. Please refer to WeChat article for instruction Guide of fee payment and money collection via Alipay。

3.银行卡支付
请携带中国农业银行卡或者工商银行卡至行政楼一楼财务办公大厅115室进行缴费。
Please bring the Agricultural Bank of China or ICBC card to Room 115, Financial Office, 1st Floor, Administration Building.
三、注册 Registration
1.注册前，足额缴纳应缴学费和住宿费，并将缴费凭证发给辅导员进行审核。及时登记到校日期，以便安排宿舍。
2.本科生注册时间为2024年9月23日-2024年9月27日，研究生注册时间为2024年9月18日-2024年9月27日。
3.入校后，请先到国际教育学院学生工作办公室428，凭录取通知、护照、JW202和学费缴费凭证在系统里进行注册。
4.注册完成后，请前往15号公寓宿管员处办理住宿。研究生前往培训中心宿管员处办理住宿。
5.因个人原因不能按时到校报到的新生，须在注册前1周提交申请，最长可延迟2周。
6.未经学院许可、超过1周未到校报到者视为自动退学。延期时长超过2周者将视情况予以退学或者休学。
四、电话卡 SIM Card
新生可以到主校区8号宿舍楼下办理中国移动的电话卡。
New students can go to the 8th dormitory building at the main campus to apply for a China Mobile SIM card.
五、校园网 School WIFI
新生可以通过以下链接，登陆校园无线网。
New students can log in to the campus wireless network using the following link.
六、银行卡 Bank Card
新生需办理中国农业银行卡，请在辅导员处领取证明文件后，前往任一农业银行网点办理。
New returning students need to apply for an Agricultural Bank of China card, please collect the supporting documents from the coorninator and go to any Agricultural Bank of China branch to apply for it.
七、体检 Physical Examination
新生需于入境2周内完成体检，以便办理居留许可。可通过以下微信小程序进行在线预约。
New students must complete a physical exam within 2 weeks of their arrival in order to obtain a residence permit. They may make an appointment online using the following WeChat mini-program.

八、居留许可 Residence Permit
新生需在入境30天内，凭借缴费凭证、保险购买凭证及体检报告，到辅导员处预约办理居留许可。请及时付清费用，以便早日办理居留许可。
New students need to make an appointment with their coordinator within 30 days of entry to apply for a residence permit. They must provide proof of payment, proof of insurance purchase, and a medical examination report.Please pay the fee as early as possible and make a reservation in advance
