Dear all,
SIE is now arranging, we want to recruit different teams to represent respective countries, show various aspects of local culture and characteristics. Your participation will be much appreciated. Please read the following information carefully:
1. Date & Time: one-day morning in October end-week or November first-week (specific time to-be-determined)
2. Location: open space opposite to KFC canteen
3. What we can help you with:
(1) tent, desks, chairs for each team
(2) basic decoration materials
(3) sponsorship for each team and program group
(4) bottle water and lunch coupon
(5) certificates and medal of participation

4. What we need you to do:
(1) Build national teams: group yourself as a team to represent your country, normally 10 members in one team at most, one team leader takes in charge (prefer to the student who ever experienced other university’s culture festival). If you have only few mates from home country in our school, you may invite them from other universities and colleges in Xuzhou to help. When the team is ready, team leader please contact coordinator Nigel Wang for registration. Details of the preparation work will be given after registration.
(2) Programs and performances: it would be perfect if you can organize or perform sing, dance, show, instrument etc. please contact Nigel Wang for registration.
(3) Complete your registration on or before 25th September.
You are encouraged to show your talent and home country to all university members. We are waiting for your participation!
