To all 2024 International Graduates: Congratulations on your successful graduation. The College extends heartfelt congratulations to all of you. To ensure a safe, orderly, and civilized departure process, please carefully read the following departure notice:
Fee Settlement
Graduates must settle any outstanding tuition, accommodation fees, and other charges by June 28th.
Library Returns
Confirm there are no outstanding library fines or books before departure. If there are any unreturned books or fines, promptly return the books and settle the fines at the library.
Dormitory Checkout
Clean your dormitory, organize your belongings, turn off all power switches, take out the trash, and return room keys and air conditioner remotes. Register at the dormitory manager's office before leaving. Please note that any damaged items must be compensated at their original price.
Visa Reminder
Pay attention to the expiration date of your residence permit.
Safety Reminders
Always protect your personal belongings and be vigilant against telecom and internet fraud. Practice moderation during gatherings, take care of your health, obey traffic rules, and foster a sense of traffic safety. Always wear a helmet when riding an electric bicycle.
Civility Reminders
Consciously abide by school rules and regulations, cherish school facilities, and ensure the safety of yourself and others; avoid excessive drinking and causing trouble. Do not use improper means to vent emotions or cause disturbances to maintain a peaceful study and living environment on campus.
Gratitude to Alma Mater
Express your gratitude to your teachers and classmates with sincere words. Extend thanks and blessings to dormitory staff, canteen workers, security guards, and cleaning staff who have helped you. Leave your alma mater with the best image.
