近日，光银国际作为联席牵头经办人和联席账簿管理人，成功助力淮北市建投控股集团有限公司（“淮北建投”，简称“公司”）定价3亿美元3年期高级无抵押债券。淮北建投主体评级为惠誉BBB-，展望稳定。债券均于中华（澳门）金融资产交易股份有限公司上市。
公司坐落在安徽省淮北市中心，2008年4月经淮北市人民政府批准，在原淮北市信托投资公司和淮北市国有资产运营公司基础上合并组建而成，隶属于市财政局的下属事业单位。2015年至今，公司始终聚焦“城市运营商”“产业投资商”的功能定位，切实扛起经营城市和助推产业升级“两个责任”，形成了城市金融服务、城市基础设施建设、城市公共服务、旅游文化传媒四大业务板块。
在光大银行合肥分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力公司成功定价此次境外债券，增强了公司在国际资本市场的认可度。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行合肥分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，争取在业务上实现多层次、多元化的合作。
Recently, Huaibei City Construction Investment Holding Group Company Limited (the “Company”), successfully priced its USD 3-Year senior fixed rate notes (the “Notes”). CEBI acted as Joint Lead Manager, and Joint Bookrunner on this deals. The Company is rated BBB- by Fitch, with stable outlook. The Notes will be listed on MOX.
The company is located in the center of Huaibei City, Anhui Province. It was established in April 2008 with the approval of the Huaibei Municipal People's Government through the merger of the original Huaibei Trust and Investment Company and Huaibei State-owned Assets Operation Company. It is a subsidiary institution of the Municipal Finance Bureau. Since 2015, the company has always focused on the functional positioning of "city operator" and "industry investor", and has taken up the "two responsibilities" of operating cities and promoting industrial upgrading. It has formed four major business sectors: urban financial services, urban infrastructure construction, urban public services, and tourism, culture and media.
With the unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank Hefei Branch (“CEB Hefei Branch”), CEBI helped the company to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Hefei Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansions.
