近日，光银国际作为联席牵头经办人和联席账簿管理人，成功助力佛山市南海联达投资(控股)有限公司（“南海联达”，简称“公司”）定价14.5亿人民币3年期高级无抵押绿色债券。债券于中华（澳门）金融资产交易股份有限公司上市。
公司是佛山市南海区的主要业务平台，提供电力及燃料供应、酒店及餐饮服务以及磁性元件贸易等多元化的业务组合。公司依托政府支持，经过19年的业务发展，在佛山市建立了强大的影响力，在升级佛山市基础设施和加快城市发展方面发挥了主要作用。
在光大银行广州分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力公司成功定价此次境外债券，增强了公司在国际资本市场的认可度。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行广州分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，争取在业务上实现多层次、多元化的合作。
Recently, Foshan Nanhai Lianda Investment (Holding) Co., Ltd. (the “Company”), successfully priced its RMB 3-Year senior fixed rate notes (the “Notes”). CEBI acted as Joint Lead Manager and Joint Bookrunner on this deal. The Notes will be listed on MOX.
The company is a major platform in Nanhai District, Foshan City developing a well-diversified business portfolio which includes power and fuel supply, hospitality and catering services magnetic components trading and so on. With strong support from the local government and after over 19 years of business growth, the Group has established a strong presence in Foshan City and played an important role in upgrading the infrastructure and accelerating the urban development of Foshan City.
With the unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank Guangzhou Branch (“CEB Guangzhou Branch”), CEBI helped the company to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Guangzhou Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansions.
