近日，光银国际作为联席牵头经办人和联席账簿管理人，成功助力句容市容丰建设有限公司（“容丰建设”，简称“公司”）定价8.68亿人民币3年期高级无抵押点心债券。债券于中华（澳门）金融资产交易股份有限公司上市。
公司是句容市大型基础设施建设及城市运营实体，最终由句容市政府控制，成立于2019年5月，肩负着句容市政府在句容市城市发展蓝图的使命。凭借句容市近年的发展和多元化业务，已成为句容市领先的运营实体。
在光大银行南京分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力公司成功定价此次境外债券，增强了公司在国际资本市场的认可度。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行南京分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，争取在业务上实现多层次、多元化的合作。
Recently, Jurong Rongfeng Construction Co., Ltd. (the “Company”), successfully priced its RMB 3-Year senior fixed rate notes (the “Notes”). CEBI acted as Joint Lead Manager, and Joint Bookrunner on this deal. The Notes will be listed on MOX.
The Company is a major infrastructure construction and city operation entity in Jurong City and the Company is ultimately controlled by the Jurong Municipal Government. Established in May 2019, the Company is designated to carry out the Jurong Municipal Government’s blueprint for urban development in Jurong City. Leveraging the development of Jurong City in recent years, strong shareholder support and its diversified businesses, the Company has established itself as a leading operating entity in Jurong City.
With the unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank Nanjing Branch (“CEB Nanjing Branch”), CEBI helped the company to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Nanjing Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansions.
