近日，光银国际作为联席牵头经办人和联席账簿管理人，成功助力青岛西海岸新区融合控股集团有限公司（“青岛融控”，简称“公司”）定价10亿人民币3年期高级无抵押债券。债券于中华（澳门）金融资产交易股份有限公司上市。
公司由青岛市西海岸新区国资委全资拥有，从事社会经济发展，自成立以来一直作为青岛市开展市政开发活动和提供公共服务的核心经营实体。公司业务包括贸易、代建、开发、制造和化工等。借助经验丰富的管理团队、强大的股东支持以及青岛市与山东省的发展，公司承接并完成了大量市政开发项目，在青岛市的发展中发挥了重要作用。
在光大银行青岛分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力公司成功定价此次境外债券，增强了公司在国际资本市场的认可度。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行青岛分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，争取在业务上实现多层次、多元化的合作。
Recently, Qingdao West Coast New Area Ronghe Holding Group Co., Ltd. (the “Company”), successfully priced its RMB 3-Year senior fixed rate notes (the “Notes”). CEBI acted as Joint Lead Manager and Joint Bookrunner on this deal. The Notes will be listed on MOX.
The company is wholly owned by the Qingdao West Coast New Area SAAC. Since its establishment in 2019, the company has been engaging in social and economic development in the West Coast New Area of Qingdao and serving as the core operation entity carrying out municipal development activities and providing public services in Qingdao. The company’s businesses include trading business, agent construction business, development business, manufacturing business and chemical business. Leveraging on the experienced management team, strong shareholder support and the development of Qingdao City and Shandong Province, the company has undertaken and completed a large number of municipal development projects, and played an important role in the development of Qingdao.
With the unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank Qingdao Branch (“CEB Qingdao Branch”), CEBI helped the company to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Qingdao Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansions.
