近日，光银国际作为联席牵头经办人和联席账簿管理人，成功助力成都经开国投集团有限公司（“经开国投”，简称“公司”）定价1.52亿美元3年期高级无抵押债券和3.48亿美元3年期高级无抵押可持续债券。债券均于香港交易所上市。
公司是成都市经济技术开发区重要的国有基础建设开发公司，自2005年成立以来在实现龙泉驿区政府的城市发展蓝图方面发挥了重要作用。集团作为一家集代建、基础设施建设及管理、自来水供应、工程承包等业务于一身的投融资主体，获得了成都市地方政府的强力支持，已成为成都市城镇化建设的核心推动力量。
在光大银行成都分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力公司成功定价此次境外债券，增强了公司在国际资本市场的认可度。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行成都分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，争取在业务上实现多层次、多元化的合作。
Recently, Chengdu ETDZ State-owned investment Group Company Limited (the “Company”), successfully priced its 2 USD 3-Year senior fixed rate notes (the “Notes”). CEBI acted as Joint Lead Manager and Joint Bookrunner on this deal. The Notes will be listed on HKEX.
The company is the primary state-owned infrastructure development company in Chengdu ETDZ. Since the company’s establishment in 2005, the company has played an important role in implementing the Longquanyi government’s blueprint for urban development. The company, as a primary investment and financing entity engaging in various kinds of businesses such as agent constructing, infrastructure construction and management, tap water supply, construction contracting and others, has received strong support from local governmental authorities in Chengdu. Now, the company has become a core driving force in the urbanization of Chengdu.
With the unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank Chengdu Branch (“CEB Chengdu Branch”), CEBI helped the company to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Chengdu Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansions.
