免疫治疗作为临床上的一种精准治疗方式,是通过增强或激活机体自身的免疫力,从而识别和攻击肿瘤细胞。近两年来ABBS发表了一系列的综述和研究论文探讨了免疫治疗在肿瘤治疗中的应用和进展,主要涉及TCR-T细胞治疗,DNA损伤应答抑制剂,类器官与细胞模型,肿瘤微环境和免疫反应,肿瘤逃逸,肿瘤细菌免疫治疗,PD-1和PD-L1抑制剂,纳米抗体等领域以及针对不同癌症类型的个体化治疗策略,为未来的研究和临床试验提供新的视角。
