Accomplice

a person who helps someone else to commit a crime or do something morally wrong.
n.共犯;共同犯罪人;同谋犯:以任何方式明知、自愿、故意与他人共同实施犯罪,并共同承担刑事责任者。一般认为,共犯包括事前从犯,但是否包括事后从犯并未取得一致认识。在美国,共犯的证言不足以对其他共犯定罪。在英国,共犯的证言具有可采性,但法官有责任向陪审团提出警告,应有保留地对待这一证据,无确证就定罪是很危险的。
