【Job Descriptions】
1. Support senior compliance team member to deploy compliance monitorings2. Support daily compliance team on different compliance projects, including but not limited to training, reports, data processing, etc.3. Support senior compliance team member on compliance investigation different preparation, documents summary, report draft, files, etc.4. Support legal counsel to draft, review and revise contract/bidding documents and other legal documents for complicated commercial projects to provide timely legal support to different internal business streams and functions5. Support legal counsel to conduct legal research and analysis on complicated legal issues for legal advice and consulting services6. Support to prepare legal trainings and corporate filing matters7. Support paperwork related to dispute resolutions in the areas of contract dispute, employment, etc.【Job Requirements】
1. Advanced University degree in Law (with LLB degree, LLM/graduate in study/graduation as a plus)2. Passed Chinese Bar examination as a plus3. Native Mandarin skill; fluent English speaking and writting skills are essential, especially in legal English4. Previous internship at court, prosecutor or law firm is a plus5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skill, student leadership is a plus6. Accept business travel if any7. Team player, active, positive, optimistic, good at prioritizing and problem solving, self-motivated, quick learning ability and be able to work under pressures with multiple tasks8. 3-5 working days per week, internship until graduation is preferred【工作地点】
