熬夜后健身危害多
不是自律而是“作死”
所以,如果工作已经让你筋疲力尽了,就不要勉强自己熬夜去健身房“打卡”了,这不是自律,而是“作死”!好好休息,吃好睡好调整好心情,比什么都重要。
