Growing up in Singapore, he has a deep and practical understanding of the local education system and is adept at identifying difficulties commonly faced by students in the various learning stages.

Graduated from Beijing Foreign Studies University with a major in English. During high school, Teacher Zhang participated in math competitions and received awards.
