We are thrilled to announce that WAS Changzhou has recently been bestowed with the COBIS (Council of British International Schools) Honorary Accreditation, marking a significant milestone in our educational journey for the new school year.

COBIS, The Council of British International Schools, was founded in 1989 in London, UK, and is committed to promoting the operation of British schools overseas and ensuring the quality of British schools overseas. As a global organization of English-medium international schools, COBIS serves more than 17,000 teachers and 200,000 students in more than 80 countries in Europe, Asia, Africa, the Middle East and the Americas, and has more than 450 member schools and institutions around the world, with only 16 schools accredited in China.

Recognizing talent, three outstanding students in 2024, Ms. Ding, Ms. Wang, and Ms. Xu, were honored with COBIS awards: Ms. Ding and Ms. Wang for "Exceptional Academic Achievement" for their academic excellence and Ms. Xu for her "Commitment to a Charitable Cause" for raising funds for 27 students at Wuwei Middle School in Gansu Province through her philanthropic project “Let's Go to Dunhuang! ”
