Located at No. 610 Hengfeng Road, Jing'an District, Shanghai, SpActrum's carefully crafted office is like a solidified "architectural narrative poem". It was unveiled in 2024, telling of a deep understanding of the essence of architecture and the cherishment of resources.
于上海静安区恒丰路 610 号，SpActrum 精心雕琢的办公室宛如一座凝固的 “建筑叙事诗”，在 2024 年崭新亮相，诉说着对建筑本质与资源珍视的深刻领悟。
Outdoors, it humbly blends into the city streetscape, and its unpretentious appearance is like a quiet wise man in the long river of architecture, silently announcing its inner profound philosophy. Stepping into the room, the space is like a "Renaissance" feast of materials. Concrete molds, the cold and hard texture of metal or plastic has been tempered by the years, transformed into the base of furniture, stabilizing objects, carrying daily bits and pieces, and engraving the tough marks of past construction. Refractory bricks have transformed from kiln guards to furniture pillars, firmly guarding the style of the space, and the simple texture and modern layout complement each other, continuing the mission of the warm kiln fire. The GMT tray is covered with resin "gorgeous clothes", as smooth as marble, extending to the work surface, and the refractory fiber core lies quietly in it, just like the awakening of sleeping power, paving a solid stage for creativity.
室外，它谦逊地与城市街景相融，不加矫饰的外观宛如建筑长河中的静谧智者，无声地宣告其内在的深邃哲思。步入室内，空间似一场材料的 “文艺复兴” 盛宴。混凝土塑造模具，金属或塑料的冷硬质地经岁月磨砺，蜕变作家具基底，稳托器物，承载日常点滴，镌刻过往施工的坚韧印记。耐火砖从窑炉卫士转身为家具支柱，坚实守护空间格调，古朴质感与现代布局相映成趣，续写温热窑火后的使命新篇。GMT 托盘披上树脂 “华服”，仿如大理石般光洁，延展为工作台面，耐火纤维内核静卧其中，恰似沉睡力量觉醒，为创意挥毫铺就坚实舞台。
The floor load-bearing board carries the great power of factory welding, takes on the important task of supporting the table top, and builds a stable order in the horizontal dimension. The exposed welds and industrial textures are interwoven, which is a straightforward tribute to structural aesthetics. The burlap bags are original and simple, and are sewn into screen partitions. Light and shadow penetrate through the gaps, and air blows gently. When dividing the space, it creates a natural and casual atmosphere, blurs the functional boundaries, and gives the space a transparent breathing rhythm.
地板承重板携工厂焊接的磅礴力量，担纲台面支撑重任，于水平维度构筑稳固秩序，裸露焊缝与工业纹理交织，是结构美学的直白礼赞。粗麻布袋以原生质朴，缝合为屏风隔断，光影透隙、空气轻拂，在划分空间之际，晕染出自然随性氛围，模糊功能界限，赋予空间通透呼吸韵律。
The design team has created a brilliant interior layout. The spatial structure is cleverly arranged according to the needs of function and communication. The open areas and private corners are staggered, and the vitality of collaboration and the quietness of concentration coexist harmoniously. The lines are simple and bright, and the colors are calm and restrained. From light gray cement color to dark brown natural tone, they are all pure sonatas of the original colors of the materials, without redundant decoration, only the collision of textures and the dialogue of light and shadow outline the profound spatial poetry.
设计团队妙笔生花，室内布局灵动飘逸。空间架构依功能与交流需求精巧编排，开放式区域与私密角落错落有致，协作活力与专注静谧和谐共生。光影挥洒间，线条简约明快，色彩沉稳内敛，从浅灰水泥色到深褐自然调，皆为材料原色纯粹奏鸣，无冗余粉饰，仅以质感碰撞、光影对话，勾勒深邃空间诗章。
This office transcends the traditional decoration paradigm, sublimating construction waste into aesthetic carriers and functional elements, stitching together the gaps between history and the present, construction and use, abandonment and rebirth with design ingenuity, and embedding the smart code of recycling in the modern office context. It has become a vivid example of sustainable architectural practice, inspiring the industry, leading the trend of green innovation, witnessing the responsibility of design, and implanting the immortal roots of ecological awareness and innovative soul into urban office space.
此办公室超脱传统装饰范式，将建造废料升华为美学载体、功能要件，以设计巧思缝合历史与当下、建造与使用、废弃与新生的断裂罅隙，于现代办公语境嵌入循环再生智慧密码，成建筑可持续实践的鲜活范本，启迪业界，引领绿色革新风尚，见证设计担当，为城市办公空间植入生态意识与创新灵魂的不朽根脉。
