Job Description: 1.Project Management (Campaign & Project): As the campaign lead (internal) and project lead (external), manage and formulate project plans, including preliminary analysis, methodology and strategy, outputs, budget, evaluation of results and impact.2.Supervise project progress, coordinate across departments, ensure quality, set project implementation priorities, risk control, etc., and ensure smooth collaboration with other departments.3.Project Evaluation: Ensure that projects are evaluated for impacting with data and evidence as per the requirements of the funding party, headquarters, and program leads. Share findings with other colleagues.4.Develop and maintain key government relations, domestic and international foundations, business cooperation, and fundraising opportunities relevant to institutional issues.5.Develop and maintain relationships with cooperating project partners (Chinese entities, cooperating organizations, businesses, etc.).6.Actively communicate with funding parties in the field, develop and implement project fundraising opportunities.7.Collaborate with the communications department, contribute relevant content as a key task force member; expand and maintain cooperative relationships with relevant media, including but not limited to television stations, social media, news media, and advertising media.8.As per project needs, periodically report to and provide feedback to the headquarters office in the United States.9.Collaborate with relevant colleagues and external cooperating units involved in project planning to complete the institution's external compliance work.10.Actively explore innovative and integrated issue cooperation related to the overall mission and goals of the institution; enhance the knowledge base and campaign design and promotion capabilities of colleagues and teams through sharing, thematic discussions, etc.11.Complete other tasks assigned by the institution and leadership. Directly report to the project director, with some tasks reporting to the Climate Project Manager. Competence:1.Agree with WildAid’s mission and values, demonstrate great enthusiasm and passion for environmental, marine, and wildlife conservation, and would devote a career to this field.2.Bachelor's degree or above; majors in ecology, natural conservation, and environmental science are preferred;3.At least 5 years of working experience in natural conservation, environmental protection, or related fields like climate, with NGO-related work experience or corporate ESG experience being a plus;4.Possess systematic knowledge reserves on environmental issues, especially on topics related to biodiversity, marine conservation, and climate change;5.Have a strong sense of mission, determination, and resilience to enhance awareness and behavioral change in societal protection. Possess knowledge reserves on environmental issues, biodiversity, marine conservation, and climate change-related topics;6.Experience in project management, planning, project coordination, activities execution, monitoring, evaluation. Excellent communications, report writing and analytical skills.7.Demonstrated experience in liaising and co-operating with government officials, academic institutions, NGOs and the private sector.8.Good knowledge of data analysis and logic skills, share the findings based on the facts and figures with colleagues.9.Strong self-drive and problem solving ability.10.Strong planning and logical thinking abilities enable one to develop strategic plans for projects based on the content of the issue and independently complete the writing of planning proposals.11.Diligent and responsible in work, meticulous, dare to take on tasks; strong organizational execution and good stress resistance.12.Keep passion in learning.13.Business trip occasionally.14.Chinese native speaker, proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.15.Experience in project management and project evaluation is preferred.
