向SCI期刊投稿，是科研和SCI论文发表中少不了的一环，投稿各阶段的英文邮件怎么写?因为邮件不规范甚至错误闹笑话、被拒稿的可不少见，本文总结了sci期刊投稿可能经历的7个阶段电子邮件模板，SSCI、SCI等各类国外英文期刊投稿均可通用，如果没有具体的要求，大家可按照通用要求处理。
投稿信(Cover Letter)应该简述所投稿件的核心内容、主要发现和意义，拟投期刊，对稿件处理有无特殊要求等(如“not to review” list)。另外，请附上主要作者的中文姓名、通讯地址、电话、传真和e-mail地址。此外有的杂志要求推荐几位审稿人及其联系方式。以及谁已经阅读过该文(当然是牛人)。
一般来说，杂志通常要求说明你论文研究的意义，以及与这个杂志的相关性，另外还有的可能要写明你没有一搞多投等。此外临床实验要求写明符合伦理学要求。当然各个杂志的具体要求是不一样的，在杂志的guide for authors一般会有要求。如果没有具体的要求，大家可按照通用要求处理。

期刊审稿的平均时长会显示在期刊主页或者可以通过查询了解到，当发现自己所投期刊在某个状态的持续时长远远超过了平均时长，建议发邮件给编辑部催问稿件进度。
虽然很多人都抱着“编辑虐我千百遍，我待编辑如初恋”的态度，但是了解论文状态是我们应有的权利，编辑部不会因为催稿把投稿人拉入黑名单，所以可以放心地催稿，当然，一定要在超时的情况下催稿。

这里是最重要的部分，回复质量的好坏直接决定了文章是否会有下一步的修订。审稿人的意见要非常地重视，即使他们提了一个小小的意见，也值得我们写很多的佐证资料。审稿人对态度的重视程度大于文章修改的细节。文章给了大修，只要好好按照审稿人的意见修改，基本上不会被拒。

文章接收后排版员会根据投稿人提供的草稿排版成期刊的版式，这个过程完成后编辑会将校稿件（proof）发给投稿人，经过投稿人再次确认文章信息无误后，文章方可出版。这一过程一般很快，如果超过了预期的时长，可以发邮件催问校稿进度。不过既然稿件接收了，耐心等待即可。
