养生粉蒸茉莉原料:保鲜茉莉花400克。调料:色拉油10克,面粉15克,小麦淀粉20克,盐5克,鸡粉3克,葱油10克制作步骤,茉莉花处理:将茉莉花从包装中取出后,用水冲洗10分钟,以去除可能存在的防腐剂味道。滤掉水分,并用干净的毛巾或纸巾吸干茉莉花上的多余水分。调味:在茉莉花中加入事先用清水调开的盐和鸡粉,搅拌均匀。倒入少许色拉油拌匀,这样可以使蒸出来的茉莉花更加滑嫩,避免粘连。拌粉:将面粉和小麦淀粉撒入拌好调料的茉莉花中,轻轻拌匀,确保每朵茉莉花都裹上薄薄的一层面粉。蒸制:将拌好的茉莉花放入蒸笼中,用旺火蒸3-5分钟。注意蒸制时间不宜过长,以免茉莉花过熟发面。装盘与调味:取出蒸好的茉莉花,淋上葱油,以增加香气。将茉莉花装入盘中,即可上桌食用。
