自北京时间2024年11月30日0时起至2025年12月31日24时，中国扩大对马来西亚试行单方面免签政策入境事由并延长免签停留期限。
马来西亚持普通护照人员来华经商、旅游观光、探亲访友、过境和交流访问不超过30天可免办签证入境，不符合免签条件人员需在入境前办妥来华签证。

Notice on More Favorable Policy to Malaysian Citizens on Entering China
China is to both widen the scope and extend the stay duration of the Malaysian citizens who fall into the listed categories of China’s visa waiver pilot policy to Malaysia, which is effective from 0:00 November 30, 2024 to 24:00 December 31, 2025（Beijing time）.
Ordinary passport holders of Malaysian citizenship who come to China for the purposes of doing business, sightseeing, seeing relatives or friends, making transits, attending exchange programs or making visits, can enter China visa-free and stay in the country for no more than 30 days.
Those who do not fall into the above-listed categories still need to obtain a visa before going to China.
