厘米空间荣幸宣布，将于2024年11月4日至11月30日，主办著名艺术家周长江的个展《芥子须弥》。周长江从事艺术创作已有四、五十年，其“互补系列”为题的大型抽象主义创作，受到社会与学术界的广泛关注。然而，他对艺术探索和实验的兴趣是多方面的，厘米空间根据策展定位，选择他不太为人所知的小型作品，以展示他对艺术理念、形式、语言、材料等不同方面的研究热情。总体而言：周长江的艺术以东方哲学和传统美学为基础，西方绘画技法作补充元素，试图用现代艺术形态表述作者特有的内在认知和独立的学术精神状态。此次《芥子须弥》展览虽以小尺幅纸本与布面作品为主，但形式多样，以小见大，难得管中窥豹。厘米之间即可近距离感受艺术魅力，希望大家能喜欢。

Zhou Changjiang is a famous artist all over the world. Many art galleries, museums, and important art institutions have collected his works. He has been engaged in artistic creation for 40-50 years, and his large-scale abstract creations titled "Complementary Series" have received widespread attention from society and academia. However, his interest in artistic exploration and experimentation is multifaceted. Based on the curatorial positioning, CM SPACE selects his lesser known small-scale works to showcase his passion for research in various aspects such as artistic concepts, forms, language, and materials. Overall, Zhou Changjiang's art is based on Eastern philosophy and traditional aesthetics, supplemented by Western painting techniques, attempting to express the author's unique internal cognition and independent academic spirit through modern art forms. Although the exhibition of 'Much in little' mainly consists of small-scale paper and convas works, the forms are diverse, you can experience the charm of art up close.
