李四一又开始在半导体的海洋漂泊了

李四一在家附近的半导体设备公司干了有几个年头了，最近传闻客户的半导体厂要破产了，搞得人心慌慌的，不过最近去厂里修机的频率确实少了。

公司的一封邮件，正式宣布了李四一他们团队没有活干的消息。这个世界不变的就是生活总是在不停地变化，由于客户工厂经营不善，没有能力再进行售后维保的费用结算，李四一他们公司的人在这个城市也就没有活干了。

公司也是很快地给出了方案，公司毕竟不养闲人，先裁员一部分人，接着又把这个城市的工程师统一调配到其他地方进行技术支持工作。

幸运的是，裁员没裁到李四一头上，李四一平常干活勤勤恳恳，领导觉得裁李四一还是有点可惜了。收到邮件的第二天，李四一就收到了外派的通知，去支持新客户的新厂设备安装和维护工作，当然还是会给李四一一笔丰厚的外派补贴的。

李四一就这样又开始了长期在外漂泊的生活，客户是个新厂，事无巨细，都找李四一问，李四一一遍一遍耐心地和客户解释，沟通，设备还没进场，仿佛和机台装了几百台似的，没日没夜地发消息，打电话，白班问完夜班问，夜班问完白班接着问，仿佛李四一是一台24小时不停的机器，没有昼夜之分。

又干了一年，李四一依旧在漂泊，还是24小时oncall,李四一有点撑不下去了，想请个假，可领导说最近别的兄弟都辛苦干着，你请假，你好意思吗？

李四一看到领导的回复，彻底崩溃了，管你你，你给我oncall去吧，直接买了张回家的票回去了，这班谁爱上谁上。

领导电话，李四一也不接，李四一出发的时候给领导发了辞职申请，准备休息一阵子了。领导见李四一不回他电话，便叫领导的领导劝李四一，大领导和李四一说如果觉得累了，我给你放一阵子的假，休息一阵子，你还要还房贷吧，辞职了房贷怎么办。
