这周李四一被排到了给厂里的机台做健康检查，重点是看一下有没有镜片的损伤，如果有的话需要，则进行更换。
李四一早早就来到了半导体厂大厅里等候，客户说是还有一个小时左右才能把货完全清掉，停机开始动作。
李四一坐在厂商办公室闭上了双眼，等待着电话的来临。
过了不知道多久，李四一口袋的电话震动响了起来，厂商休息室的其他厂商也条件反射似的摸了摸口袋，李四一把电话接了起来，可以进去了。
李四一便收拾了一下，往更衣室走去。
换完无尘服李四一先来到机台边上查看机台状态，确保里面的产品都退出去了，再开始下一步动作，他在这上边操作完了之后便坐电梯去了二楼的sub fab.
李四一看了一眼激光器，确保激光是关着的，李四一便放心了，接着李四一又把气体的阀门给关了，就怕万一气体泄漏，不知不觉就要交代在这里了。
李四一开始拆这边的盖板了，盖板拆完就能见到那一系列的镜片了，李四一用笔记本电脑的光照过去，开始一个个地检查，他带上3D眼镜仔细地观察着镜片表面，生怕错过一点的损伤，这时李四一手没拿稳，本来拿着的内六角突然往下掉，李四一就听见叮叮当 叮叮当地，这机台自顾自地唱起了圣诞颂歌，圣诞过去有一阵子了，都元旦了！
李四一回过神来，原来自己的内六角掉了下去，李四一也不知道内六角有哪些砸中镜片，他只好先找内六角，可能是掉到更下面的地方去了，李四一看着那像是无底洞的深渊的洞口，有点绝望，只能继续拆一拆，有更多的空间去看内六角掉到哪里去了。
李四一拆了一会儿，总算是看到内六角了，不过那个内六角正安静地躺在一个镜片上面了。
李四一用吸铁棒把内六角吸了上来。接着又继续他的检查工作，检查出来，一共有两块镜片有问题，在镜片的中间，看着有一团云一样的东西，大概是灼烧后的结果吧。
还有一片，便是李四一的内六角掉的地方的镜片，上面有几道划痕，大概镀膜都破坏掉了。李四一决定也把它换掉了。
李四一小心翼翼地把旧的拆下，放在无尘布上，又把新的镜片拿出来，用手指捏着边缘，装了回去，就这样往复三次总算是把坏的这三个给换好了。
李四一又继续把盖板螺丝给装回去，把气体阀门开了，下面这边算是结束了，李四一又回到上面把上面的光学镜头进行仔细地检查，一般来说下面由于离光源近一些，更容易坏掉。
幸运的是上面的都是正常的，没有坏。
做完这些，李四一已经有点累了，肚子是空的，口是干的，无尘服是被汗水腌渍的，除了硬件检查，李四一还有5个小时的recovery calibration 需要做。
李四一把第一个校准点了起来，便出了fab，准备去半导体厂的便利店买个面包补充一下，李四一正啃着面包呢，客户电话就打了过来，说是机台怎么不动了，在空闲了，问李四一去哪里了。
李四一说，吃午晚饭呢，马上进去！

李四一把面包吃完还喝了一点水，便又一头扎了进去。
就这样李四一又在里面待了五个小时，直到机台开始跑dummy wafer看有没有问题了。客户让李四一再留一个小时，standby一下。
李四一也只好在厂商休息室，等着一个小时过去。漫长的一个小时，李四一又是倒头就睡，客户的电话也准时叫醒了他，让他可以回去了，李四一脖子上的缰绳这一刻轻了下来，李四一走向回出租屋的道路，消失在这夜色之中。

Then he continued his inspection work. He found that there were two lenses with problems. In the middle of the lens, there was a cloud-like thing, probably the result of burning. There was another lens, which was the place where Li Siyi's hexagon socket fell off. There were several scratches on it, probably the coating was damaged. Li Siyi decided to replace it.
