半导体厂硫酸泄漏事件

李四一经过一家半导体厂门口，看到门口的公告栏写着招聘，保洁人员若干，40岁以上52岁以下，要求勤快。

李四一看着有点心动，最近喝饮料的人少了，李四一每天捡来的瓶子都不够自己吃饭的，这个工厂看着挺大的，说不定还能包吃饭呢。

李四一用自己的手机打通了联系人的电话，说自己已经在工厂门口了，想应聘保洁的岗位，电话那头的人让李四一等一等，他马上出来。

李四一等了一会儿，见到一个穿工服的人过来了，他和李四一说了一下工作内容，和薪资待遇之类的，李四一当即就要报名了，正好是饭点，主管领着李四一去了食堂，李四一看了一下打菜的地方，菜色还挺丰富的，主管给李四一拿了餐盘，让李四一自己和打饭大姐说自己要哪一个菜，李四一挑了三个荤菜，一个素菜。李四一和主管吃了起来，主管让李四一吃完饭晚上再过来，准备上夜班。

李四一告别了主管，回去休息了，李四一定了一个傍晚的闹钟，便睡去了。

闹钟一响，李四一便从床上爬了起来，骑着自行车去了半导体厂。和李四一一起上夜班的是个老师傅，主管让老师傅带着李四一。

老师傅带着李四一来到了无尘室更衣室，他教了李四一怎么穿无尘服，还给了李四一一瓶酒精，一包无尘布，一把拖把，一包无尘布，就这样开始了他们的清洁工作，老师傅先带李四一在半导体厂的3楼逛了一圈，接着又去sub fab逛了一圈，老师傅给李四一讲了每个区域的设备类型，和危险性，和清洁的问题，他们把无尘布打湿，把无尘布塞在拖把上面，就一起拖着无尘室地板。除了这些，还有清理了一下无尘室里面的垃圾桶，换了一下风淋室的粘鞋底的粘膜。

老师傅和李四一说，我们找个地方休息吧，他们来到sub fab一个角落，两人各自靠着机台柜子睡起了大觉。

在睡梦中，李四一仿佛闻到了一股刺激性的气味。李四一把眼睛一睁，头上正哗啦啦地流东西呢，那个东西溅在李四一的无尘服，烧出了一个个的洞，这是下硫酸了吗。李四一赶紧把老师傅摇醒了，把他拉了起来。

老师傅的无尘服也烧了有很多孔洞。

他们用无尘布捂着口鼻，往电梯跑去，上了电梯之后又往更衣室出去，李四一觉得皮肤也有点灼烧感，他把身上的无尘服脱了，秋衣秋裤都烧出了洞，老师傅拨通了厂里安环的电话，报告了泄漏的位置，接着广播就开始播报了，让无尘室里面的人赶紧出来，ERT的人穿好防护用品进去处理。

李四一问老师傅我们可以下班了吗？老师傅摇摇头，我们也是ERT的一部分，不是吧，还得进去？李四一跟着老师傅穿上防护服装，又进去了，他们来到泄漏的地方，上面还在滴着呢，李四一往上一看，三楼的高架地板也有液体呢！

李四一说，会不会是楼上流下来的，李四一和老师傅又返回到了三楼，走到了清洗机旁边，硫酸进液口的位置发生了泄漏，旁边一个设备的ERT一看，把阀门给关了，等了一会儿没有硫酸漏出来了，高架地板也已经被腐蚀了一些了。他们拿了一些碱性溶液喷洒在有硫酸的地方，李四一也没想到只是干个保洁的活，还得兼职消防员，得加钱啊！

就这样他们在fab里面待了一整晚，总算是给处理好了，接着又是环境评估团队的入驻，检查一下环境是否合格了。

干了一晚上，李四一又饥又累了，他们去了食堂，吃了个丰盛早餐，主管让李四一和老师傅好好休息，晚上继续夜班！
