李四一和往常一样起了个大早，这周连上五天的门诊。李四一在冰箱取出一角角馍，用刀在中间划开，放到电饼档上加热，又拿出了生菜叶子，和一小块鸡排。她把鸡排放在了馍旁边，一起加热。不一会儿电饼档里面就传出了了馍的香味，还有鸡排的香味，鸡排上的油在电饼档的加热下呲呲做响。

等了一会儿，李四一看着电饼档的食物都差不多热了，鸡排用刀插了一下里面的肉已经是白色的了，她便把电饼档给关了。用夹子夹出来了，她把鸡排塞到馍中间，挤了一些番茄酱，又把生菜塞了进去，李四一把整个馍放到保鲜袋里面，又把保鲜袋放进了自己的包里面，便出门了。

到医院也才7点30，李四一坐着把包里的早餐吃完，把白大褂，口罩一换，李四一便开始了一天的门诊。

第一个病人是个年轻人，年轻人穿着破旧的棉衣，头发看着也很久没洗了，领子上面也都是白色的头皮屑，年轻人一直在咳嗽，脸上也是由于咳嗽用力过猛而产生的红色。

李四一先是问了那位年轻人症状，这样持续有多久了。

年轻人说有两个礼拜了，就是咳嗽得厉害。

李四一看了他的血压，血压也很高，李四一想给他查个CT,可那位年轻人大概是经济不太宽裕，问李四一说多少钱？

李四一说要两百多，又问他有没有医保。

年轻人说没有，他就是在这边干着送外卖的工作，这两天实在是咳嗽得没办法工作了才过来看病了。

李四一也尊重他的选择，没有给他开CT,只做了一个血液检查。

血液检查有一些指标稍微超出了标准值，李四一给他开了点药，建议他有机会还是过来检查一下，或者老家有医保的话回老家去看看。

小哥，仿佛做了很大的一个决定一样，被李四一说动了，接受了检查的建议。幸运的是，小哥检查出来没什么大碍，应该就是长期熬夜，工作劳累，导致的轻微肺部感染，他每天早上八点多开始送外卖，到晚上12点多才结束工作，李四一让他这两天好好休息，按时吃药，有问题随时过来复查。

李四一望着小哥渐渐离去出去的身影，和伴随着的断断续续地咳嗽声，不禁心里一阵触动。

小哥和她说，他一般生病了也就自己抗一抗，要么就自己买点药，也尽量不去医院花钱，说这些的时候李四一能明显感觉到他的眼睛红红的。
