💼 招聘要求:
本科以上学历,有英国房产租赁,留学行业等相关背景优先
有销售相关的工作经验
普通话流利,英文能力好加分
能灵活处理事务,适应中英双工作时间
良好的沟通能力与客户服务意识
熟悉伦敦租赁市场,流程的加分

💼 工作内容:
1、处理日常租房咨询,为客户匹配合适房源
2、组织潜在买家看房,跟进谈判并与所有相关方协调
3、就收到的报价进行商洽,与客户保持定期联系,并记录所有沟通内容
4、与公司其他部门密切合作,提高租赁流程效率
5、完成并超出租赁业务目标和关键绩效指标
6、推动整个销售和租赁流程,同时在这个过程中为客户提供协助
7、在房地产行业寻找新的商机,发展人脉关系,以推进未来业务的开展
8、协助公司营销团队,支持并参加营销和推广活动

Letting Consultant
The main job responsibilities of this position are:
- To handle daily lettings enquiries and address which properties will be a great option for clients
- To organise viewings with potential buyers, follow up negotiations and coordination with all related parties
- To negotiate any offers received, maintain regular contacts with applicants and record all communications
- To work closely with other departments to enhance the efficiency of the letting process
- To meet and exceed property instruction targets and KPI
- To drive the sales and lettings processes as a whole whilst aiding the clients throughout the processes
- To look for new business opportunities in the property industry and develop contacts in order to help secure future business
- To assist the company marketing team to support and attend marketing and promotional activities/events
