为进一步提升学校管理育人，服务育人的针对性和时效性，落实枫叶育人体系理念--关注学生需求，倾听学生心声。2024年9月，海枫国际高中强化年级根据学生学情的不同分别召开有针对性的新学期学生座谈会。强化年级、总领事处与升学指导中心领导与老师参与座谈会。
In September 2024, ESL Grade student meetings was held in MLIS-Hainan. Principals and teachers from the ESL Grade, the general counselor office, and the graduation center participated in the meeting.
会议围绕制定升级目标，解决学习困难，了解世界课程学习模式，出国留学申请咨询等多个方面展开，旨在帮助强化年级学生建立清晰的学习目标，树立英语学习自信，培养良好英语学习习惯，为快速升入世界课程，成功申请理想大学夯实基础，坚定信心。
The meeting focused on several aspects such as setting goal of upgrading, solving the problems while learning, and get to know more about World School program, last but not least, get information about study abroad.
座谈会氛围轻松活跃，学生与校方领导、老师们面对面沟通，畅所欲言。学生们依次发言，汇报自己的升学计划以及为达成措施，并将自己开学至今所遇到的学习问题与老师沟通，寻求解决方案。
The atmosphere of this meeting was active, students expressed their opinions face-to-face with principals and teachers. In turn, students express about their plans for upgrading and measures to achieve it, they also discussed with their teachers about the learning problems they had encountered so far, to seeking solutions.
强化年级负责人黄湘衡总监就学生设置的学习目标给予肯定，鼓励学生们脚踏实地，认真完成每一个学习任务，认真对待每一次考试，用最快的时间升入世界课程。升学指导中心严晗老师对同学们有关申请大学，如何合理做留学规划等问题做简要介绍，坚定学生学习信念，给予同学们专业的升学指导咨询。
Principal of ESL Grade Ms. Selena, encouraged students to set their learning goals, encouraging them to be grounded, conscientiously complete each study task, take every exam seriously, and upgrading into the world school as soon as possible. Ms. Flora of the Graduation Center gave students a brief introduction such as applying to university and how to plan for study abroad reasonably.
最后，中方课程校长兼总领事曾艳女士强调：“欲速则不达，想要实现快速升级，一定要明确自己的学习目标，做好清晰的升学规划并掌握自己的学习节奏，一步步夯实英语基础，我们在世界课程等着你。”
In the end, Ms. Jenny, Head of the Chinese Courses and General counselor, stressed that: “To achieve the goal of upgrading, be sure to clarify your learning objectives, make a clear study plan and master your learning rhythm. Step by step, solidify your English foundation, and your dream will be come true!”
