国家层面,澳大利亚标准组织Standard Australia所发布的规范,具有最高的强制力; 行业层面,澳洲以及全球行业内协会/学会所发布的 Guidelines/Handbooks/Specifications/Manuals,和; 地方层面,各州所发布的技术文件。
