在收到实习Offer后，请第一时间与学院留学生主管老师联系。
After receiving the internship Offer, please contact your Supervisor who is in charge of students affairs in your school as soon as possible.
在老师的指导下，填写3份申请书。一份是《同意接收留学生实习证明》，需由实习单位盖章；一份是《企业信息采集表》，也需要由实习单位填写；另一份是《实习加注签证申请表》，需由学生所在单位（学院）负责签字并盖章。
Under the guidance of the Supervisor, fill out 3 applications. One is the "Internship Agreement Letter", which needs to be stamped by the internship unit; and one is the "Enterprise Information Collection Form", which also needs to be filled in by the internship unit; the other document is "Adding Internship to Residence Permit Application Form",which needs to be signed and sealed by the students' Supervisor (college).
学生收到以上3份原件材料后，需立即联系大学东校区学生中心签证负责老师；核实后由其出具《签证申请表》和《实习同意函》。通常签证老师将根据实习开始时间为学生预约签证办理的时间。
Students are required to contact BFSU the Visa Service teacher immediately after receiving the above 3 original documents; After verification, the university will issue "Visa Application Form" and "Internship Agreement Letter". Usually the visa service teacher will make an appointment for the student visa processing according to the start time of the internship.
Notes:注意事项
1.在填写以上3个文件时，需注意：个人信息和实习信息需保持一致，如个人姓名，公司名称均不能使用缩写或者简称.
When filling in the above 3 documents, it should be noted that personal information and internship information should be kept the same, such as personal name and company name can not use abbreviation. Additionally, for graduating students, if the graduates of fall batch are scheduled to graduate on July 15th, it is advised that their internships should end no later than June 30th; for the graduates of spring batch who are scheduled to graduate on January 15th, it is advised that their internships should end no later than December 30th.
2.实习时间取决于居留许可或者签证有效期时间；比如(举个例子）居留许可9月30日到期，那么实习时间不能超过9月30日. 另外毕业生，如秋季毕业生原定7月15日毕业，实习时间建议不超过6月30日；如春季毕业生原定1月15毕业，实习时间建议不超过12月30日。
The duration of the internship depends on the validity period of the residence permit or visa; For example, if the residence permit expires on September 30, the internship period cannot exceed September 30.
3.在毕业前，如果居留许可即将到期（需办理延期），又需办理实习加注签证，同学们也可以两者同时办理，同样需以上材料和流程。
Before graduation, if the residence permit is about to expire and you need to apply for an internship visa, you can also apply for both at the same time, and the above materials and procedures are also required.
4.预约签证和签证办理需要至少7-10个工作日，同学们在开始实习前给自己预约足够时间办理签证手续。
Visa booking and visa processing will take at least 7-10 working days, students should give themselves enough time to complete the visa process before starting the internship.
