11月9日，由北京外国语大学国际商学院主办的北外国商杯“未来商业精英”世界中学生案例大赛总决赛落下帷幕。本次大赛历时近半年，吸引了来自6个国家的76支团队，共计258位中学生报名参赛。
大赛分为初赛与决赛两个阶段，设有中文与英文双赛道，聚焦于“留学中国”与“海外中资企业”两大研究方向。备赛阶段，各组参赛选手依据所选的研究方向，采用问卷调查法收集数据并加以分析，在初赛和决赛阶段针对不同研究主题展开深入剖析与阐述。
经过初赛的激烈比拼，中、英两个赛道共有37个参赛团队脱颖而出，成功晋级决赛。决赛以线上案例研究展示的形式举行，经过一番紧张角逐，来自马来西亚的“筷子姐妹”组荣获中文赛道一等奖，来自马来西亚的“COMPASS”组荣获英文赛道一等奖。
本次大赛致力于引领中学生进行全面深入的商业案例分析实践，旨在培育他们的商业思维以及基础数据收集与分析能力，让世界中学生探索并领略到商业世界的无限魅力与可能。
On November 9th, the finals of IBS BFSU ‘Future Business Elite’ Global Case Contest for Secondary School Students came to an end. The contest lasted nearly half a year and attracted 76 teams from 6 countries with a total of 258 secondary school students. The contest was divided into two stages: preliminary and final, with two tracks in Chinese and English, focusing on the two research directions of “Studying in China” and “Overseas Chinese Enterprises”. In the preparation stage, each group of contestants collected and analyzed data by questionnaire survey method according to their chosen research direction, and then carried out in-depth analysis and elaboration on different research topics in the preliminary and final rounds.
After the fierce competition in the preliminary rounds, a total of 37 teams in both Chinese and English tracks stood out and successfully advanced to the final rounds. The finals were held in the form of an online case study presentation. After the intense competition, the team Chopsticks Sisters from Malaysia won the first prize in the Chinese track. The team COMPASS from Malaysia won the first prize in the English track.
The contest is dedicated to encouraging secondary school students to engage in comprehensive and in-depth business case analysis practices. It aims to cultivate their business thinking, basic data collection, and analysis skills and allow secondary school students to explore and appreciate the infinite charm and possibilities of the business world.
