招聘岗位及要求

Positions and Requirements 




岗位职责:

1.接听由越南/泰国/日本用户日常的呼入电话,回答银行的业务咨询;

2.关于四大银行特快汇款的进度查询,了解客户的需求,向客户提供正确的咨询服务,提供专业的解决方案;

3.对电话中无法及时解决的问题进行必要的呼出电话回访;

4.及时学习新的业务知识,为客户提供优质专业的服务。


1.Answer daily incoming calls from.Japanese/Thai/ Vietnamese end users regarding bank business inquiries,e.g.progress of express remittances from the four major banks

2.Understand customer needs, provide consulting services and solutions

3.Contact customers for problems that cannot be solved on the first call.

4.Learn new business knowledge in a timely manner and provide customers with high-quality and professional services.
