由北京外国语大学国际商学院主办的“邂逅北京”摄影大赛“冬来”赛季现已开启！欢迎所有在校师生，用镜头记录北京冬季的独特风采，分享你与这座城市的美好记忆！
The Great Wall covered with winter snow, the leaping figures on the frozen lake, the tranquil scenery among the ancient lanes ...... What is your view of Beijing in winter?
Organized by the International Business School of Beijing Foreign Studies University (IBS.BFSU), the ‘Encounter Beijing’ Photo Contest is now open for the ‘Winter’ season! All university students are welcome to record the uniqueness of Beijing in winter with their lenses and share your beautiful memories with the city!
【如何参与 How to participate】
· 报名时间 Enrollment session：
即日起至2025年2月10日23:59
From now until 23:59 on 10 February 2025
· 参赛对象 Participants：
不限国籍和院系，北京外国语大学师生均可报名参赛
This competition is open to all students and faculty members of Beijing Foreign Studies University (BFSU), regardless of nationality and department.
· 作品要求 Requirements：
-必须以北京为拍摄地点，体现冬季特色。
Must be shot in Beijing, reflecting winter characteristics.
-形式不限：风景、人像、建筑均可。
The format is not limited: landscape, portrait, architecture are
all acceptable.
-单张或组图均可投稿（组图限2～4张）。
Single or group pictures can be submitted (group pictures
are limited to 2 to 4 pictures).
-照片需为JPEG格式，长边最大尺寸1600像素，分辨率72dpi。
Photographs must be in JPEG format, with a maximum size of 1600 pixels on the long side and a resolution of 72 dpi.

-邮件标题：姓名+国籍+院系及学号+“邂逅北京”摄影大赛
Email Subject: Name + Nationality + Faculty and Student Number + ‘Encounter Beijing’ Photo Contest

1.姓名 Name

3.照片说明（包括作品名称、描述、拍摄时间、地点）

【大赛进程 Competition Process】
1.报名投稿 Registration Submission：
即日起至2025年2月10日
From now to 10th February 2025
2.初选公示 Announcement of preliminary selection：
2025年2月15日前评选50件入围作品
Selection of 50 finalists by 15th February 2025
3.线上投票 Online Voting：
入围作品将于社交平台公开展示，接受线上投票
Shortlisted entries will be publicly displayed on social media platforms for online voting.
4.获奖公布 Award Announcement：
2025年2月最后一周揭晓获奖名单
Winners will be announced in the last week of February 2025
【奖项设置 Awards】
一等奖（1名）：300元奖金或等价值奖品及证书
First Prize (1 winner): RMB 300 or equivalent prize and certificate
Second prize (2 winners): RMB 200 or equivalent prizes and certificates
Third Prize (3 winners): RMB 100 or equivalent prizes and certificates
Excellent Prize (4 winners): RMB 50 or equivalent prizes and certificates
【评分标准 Grading Criteria】
评委将从以下方面评选入围作品：
The judges will select the finalists from the following:
· 主题契合度 Theme fit：
是否符合冬季主题和参赛要求。
Whether it fits the winter theme and entry requirements.
· 技术表现 Technical performance:
构图、光影处理和色彩搭配。
Composition, light and shadow treatment and colour scheme.
· 创意与表现力 Creativity and expression：
能否传达北京之美并打动人心。
Whether it can convey the beauty of Beijing and move people's hearts.
· 审美价值 Aesthetic value：
作品是否具有较高的艺术性与感染力。
Whether the work is highly artistic and infectious.

本次活动投稿作品仅限个人原创，不得抄袭他人作品，且照片需保持真实性，不允许进行过度修图。北外国商对投稿作品享有使用权。本活动的最终解释权归北京外国语大学国际商学院所有，如有任何问题，请随时邮件与我们联系：studyatibsbfsu@gmail.com
