Radar New Energy Vehicle (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd., commonly known as Radar Auto  and Riddara outside China, is a subsidiary of Chinese vehicle manufacturer Geely Auto. The brand solely produces electric vehicles. In overseas markets, Radar Auto will be known as Riddara due to trademark resistance from Singaporean tyre company Omni United, which has a brand called Radar Tires.

Network Management


Job Responsibilities:

· Establish and maintain sales channels in overseas markets, develop agents and retail channels, and complete assigned sales tasks.

· Develop customers through various means such as online platforms, offline exhibitions, and customer visits, ensuring a smooth process from lead generation to payment collection.

· Negotiate business contracts with clients, reach cooperation agreements, and help clients achieve their sales targets.

· Formulate and implement sales strategies, maintain customer relationships, coordinate resources to solve customer issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

· Collect and organize market development trends, demand changes, customer feedback, and competitor information, and propose and implement improvements to sales channels.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree or above, no specific major required.

· Proficiency in English as a working language, with priority given to candidates who can also communicate in Chinese. · Familiar with basic marketing knowledge and processes.

· Strong analytical and judgment skills, capable of adapting to overseas travel.

· High sense of career ambition and responsibility, able to work hard and endure hardship, with good team cooperation spirit.

· Excellent professional ethics, dedicated, diligent, and fully committed to work.

Financial Accounting



Job Responsibilities:

· Handle the company's daily financial accounting work, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial data.

· Assist in the formulation and improvement of financial systems and processes, ensuring compliance and effectiveness of financial management.

· Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements and budget reports, conduct financial analysis, and provide financial advice.

· Monitor the use of company funds, manage cash flow, and ensure the safety and effective use of company funds.

· Support internal and external audit work, providing relevant financial documents and data.

· Collect and organize industry financial information, monitor market trends, conduct financial risk assessments, and propose financial optimization suggestions.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields.

· Basic knowledge and practical experience in financial accounting, familiar with national financial laws and regulations.

· Good financial analysis skills and teamwork spirit, proficient in Office software. · Strong sense of responsibility and career ambition, able to handle certain work pressure.

· Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, meticulous, serious, and responsible in work.

· Proficiency in English as a working language, with priority given to candidates who can also communicate in Chinese.

Sales Support


Job Responsibilities:

· Support the daily operations of the sales team, including order processing, contract management, and customer follow-up.

· Assist the sales manager in preparing sales reports, analyzing sales data, and providing improvement suggestions.

· Communicate with customers, handle inquiries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.

· Coordinate internal resources to help the sales team solve various problems and drive sales goals.

· Support marketing activities, participate in the organization and execution of exhibitions and customer events.

· Collect and organize market and customer information, and provide timely feedback to the sales team and management.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.

· Strong communication skills and team collaboration spirit.

· Proficient in office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

· Basic data analysis and problem-solving skills.

· Strong sense of responsibility and customer service awareness.

· Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and possess good stress tolerance.

Spare Parts Management


Job Responsibilities:

· Responsible for handling store spare parts business consultations and interactions.

· Prepare, submit, release, and follow up on spare parts procurement plans to ensure spare parts supply.

· Manage spare parts sales orders and sales accounts.

· Assist in the planning of spare parts systems and policies.

· Manage purchase orders, inventory, and purchase accounts.

· Coordinate and follow up on supplier delivery issues and exceptions.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive, or related fields.

· Excellent verbal communication and coordination skills, with strong stress tolerance.

· Detail-oriented, with strong integrity and responsibility.

· Strong learning ability and proficiency in data analysis and processing.

· Proficiency in English as a working language, with priority given to candidates who can also communicate in Chinese.

Administration


Job Responsibilities:

· Manage the company's daily administrative affairs, including procurement of office supplies, office maintenance, vehicle management, and document management.

· Coordinate various internal activities and meeting arrangements, ensuring smooth execution.

· Assist in formulating and implementing administrative management systems, optimizing workflows to improve efficiency.

· Facilitate communication and cooperation between departments to ensure smooth information flow.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, Administrative Management, or related fields.

· Excellent communication skills and team cooperation spirit.

· Proficient in MS office, especially Excel and Word.

· Strong organizational and coordination abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks.

· High sense of responsibility and service awareness, meticulous, patient, and attentive.

· Proficiency in English as a working language, with priority given to candidates who can also communicate in Chinese.

Marketing


Job Responsibilities:

· Market Research: Collect and analyze market data, monitor industry trends and competitor activities.

· Event Planning and Execution: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing marketing events to ensure effective implementation.

· Brand Management: Assist in brand promotion and maintain the company's brand image.

· Content Creation: Write marketing materials, including press releases, social media content, brochures, etc.

· Social Media Management: Assist in managing the company’s social media platforms, develop content strategies, and publish engaging content. · Data Analysis: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities, and provide improvement suggestions.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
