The Language Localization Center is looking for a motivated recent graduate with a strong interest in language and intercultural communication to develop their project management skills.

Our team helps our products look and feel natural everywhere we launch them. We work with engineering, product, design, and legal teams to steer products through the translation and localization process.

• Work closely with product, engineering, design, and legal teams to ensure localization quality.

• Maintain language glossaries and perform linguistic QA such as bug monitoring, reporting, and resolution.

Content Review Manager

• Team Management and Training:Guide and manage the international content review team. Conduct regular training sessions to ensure the team is up-to-date with the latest policies and industry standards.

• Content Review Standards:

Develop and continuously update global content review rules. Establish early warning and preventive measures for business and industry risks based on review operations.

•Content Review Process:

Formulate and oversee the review processes to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Quality Control:

Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of content review. Regularly optimize review processes and handle emergency issues and complex review cases promptly and accurately. Perform secondary quality checks on reviewed content to ensure the accuracy and consistency of review results.

• Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Media, International Relations, Law, or related fields.

• Proficiency in both Chinese and English for professional use, with additional language skills in Vietnamese, German, French, Spanish Latin, Polish preferred.

• Overseas study or work experience preferred.

• Strong understanding of various cultural and legal regulations across different countries and regions.

• Deep understanding of content standards, policies, and industry regulations.

• Strong communication, organizational, and cross-team collaboration skills, with some team management experience.
