年度总结

2023学年由于疫情原因，在华实习的留学生人数整体较少，为14人；2024学年，在全面复工复学后，国际商学院在华实习人数达到70余人。希望在接下来的2025年，同学们再接再厉，收获更多实习机会。

Due to the pandemic, the number of international students doing internships in China was relatively low in the 2023 academic year, with only 14 students. However, in the 2024 academic year, after the full resumption of work and study, the number of international students from IBS.BFSU doing internships in China reached over 70. We hope that in the coming 2025 academic year, all students will continue to strive and gain more internship opportunities.

以2024学年的数据为参考，国际商学院留学生在华实习地86%为京内，另外14%学生选择前往京外其他城市或地区实习。京外实习地如杭州、佛山、上海、深圳等地。

In the 2024 academic year, 86% of international students from IBS.BFSU interned in Beijing, while the remaining 14% chose to intern in other cities or regions outside of Beijing. The other cities such as Hangzhou, Foshan, Shanghai, and Shenzhen.

在2024学年，国际商学院留学生在华实习涵盖多行业，多领域，如互联网，进出口贸易等；知名企业如小米、腾讯、美的、快手、传音控股，三星，顾家家居等。

During the 2024 academic year, international students from IBS.BFSU have undertaken internships across a variety of industries and fields in China, including the internet, import and export trade, and etc. They have interned at well-known companies such as Xiaomi, Tencent, Midea, Kuaishou, Transsion，Samsung, and KUKA and etc.

前实习单位：腾讯科技（上海）有限公司

实习时间：2024年7月1日-2024年12月31日

现实习单位：北京小米移动软件有限公司

我的前一段实习是在腾讯（上海）海外人力资源部。我参与了SPARK国际培训项目的全方位运营，从项目规划、问卷设计与反馈收集，到采访与视频制作、海报设计与发布，我全程参与其中。此外，我还为HR Connect Summit年会筹备了视频材料，参与了年会的整体策划。在OPD Phase 2项目中，我主要负责沟通与物流协调工作，包括编写会议邀请函、准备会议材料、记录会议纪要，以及会议现场筹划与技术设备调试等。

实习期间最大的收获在于专业技能的显著提升以及团队协作经验的积累。期间，我接触并学习了诸多先前未曾涉猎的专业知识与技能，例如视频编辑、数据分析等。此外，我也掌握了如何在团队中发挥个人优势，与团队成员紧密合作，共同完成各项任务。

腾讯的企业文化给我留下了深刻的印象。该企业极为重视员工的成长与进步，提供了丰富的培训和学习机会。腾讯亦非常重视团队协作与创新，鼓励员工勇于尝试新事物，不断挑战自我。

My previous internship was with Tencent (Shanghai) in the Overseas Human Resources Department. I participated in the comprehensive operation of the SPARK International Training Program, from project planning, questionnaire design, and feedback collection, to interviews, video production, poster design, and distribution, I was involved in the entire process. Additionally, I prepared video materials for the HR Connect Summit annual meeting and was part of the overall planning of the event. In the OPD Phase 2 project, I was mainly responsible for communication and logistics coordination, including writing meeting invitations, preparing meeting materials, recording meeting minutes, and planning the meeting site and technical equipment setup.

The biggest gain during the internship was the significant improvement in professional skills and the accumulation of team collaboration experience. During this period, I was exposed to and learned a lot of professional knowledge and skills that I had not previously explored, such as video editing and data analysis. Moreover, I learned how to leverage my personal strengths within a team, working closely with team members to complete various tasks.

Tencent's corporate culture left a deep impression on me. The company places great emphasis on employee growth and progress, offering a wealth of training and learning opportunities. Tencent also highly values teamwork and innovation, encouraging employees to try new things and continuously challenge themselves.

实习时间：2024年7月20日-2025年1月21日

我从2024年7月20日开始在美的集团财务共享中心实习，主要负责境外应收的基础工作。刚入职时，我对系统化的会计处理不是很熟悉，但在带教和同事的帮助下，我逐步掌握了操作流程并能够独立完成任务。我学会了将学过的会计知识应用到实际工作中，同时提高了沟通和解决问题的能力。在转正答辩中，我的表现得到了上级的肯定，这让我倍感鼓舞。

在美的的实习体验非常愉快。公司提供了便利的通勤条件、舒适的住宿环境，节假日还会送上贴心的礼盒。此外，公司的社团和各种活动也丰富了我的实习生活。

在寻找实习机会时可以多了解目标公司，并提前明确自己的实习目标。实习期间，要主动学习，敢于请教和表达想法，同时学会合理规划时间，确保高效完成任务。保持积极的态度和团队精神将有助于在实习中获得更多成长机会。

I started my internship at the Midea Group Financial Shared Service Center on July 20, 2024, primarily responsible for the basic work of foreign receivables. When I first joined, I was not very familiar with systematic accounting processes, but with the help of my mentors and colleagues, I gradually mastered the operational procedures and was able to complete tasks independently. I learned to apply the accounting knowledge I had learned to practical work, while also improving my communication and problem-solving skills. My performance in the regular defense was affirmed by my superiors, which greatly encouraged me.

The internship experience at Midea was very pleasant. The company provided convenient commuting conditions, a comfortable living environment, and considerate gift packages during holidays. In addition, the company's clubs and various activities also enriched my internship life.

When looking for internship opportunities, it is advisable to understand the target company more and clarify your own goals in advance. During the internship, we should take the initiative to learn, be willing to ask for advice and express ideas, while also learning to plan time reasonably to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. Maintaining a positive attitude and team spirit will help you gain more growth opportunities during the internship.
