李四一的年终奖

夜晚，嘈杂的fab里面，李四一正站在机台边上看着旁边的几个设备厂商在维修机台，李四一一般也不怎么说话，只是看着，时不时拿无尘本记一记，记录一下，虽然可能也不会自己修，但是领导有可能会问，维修的细节什么的。

看着他们把机台搞起来了，压力小了，两个厂商就开始交谈。李四一也加入了他们的对话，听着他们的叙述，李四一知道了他们发6个月的年终奖，隔着无尘服，李四一都能看到他们的笑脸，他们又问，李四一，你的年终奖是多少呢？

李四一想了想，发到手大概两个月左右吧，没你们多，还是你们公司好啊，还招人吗？我也想去。那两个厂商说，招人啊。不过可能不招你们厂的，有协议的，不能从客户这边挖人。李四一想想也是，之前有个同事，拿到厂商的offer了，后面领导去说了一下，offer就没了，只能跳到另外一家公司，再跳槽到厂商，进行曲线救国跳槽路线。

厂商把机台交给了李四一，李四一又跑了两卡wafer，确认没问题了，就让厂商回去了。李四一也收拾收拾，出fab了。

李四一回到工位，看到了领导，领导开得倒是挺早的，领导和李四一打了个招呼，现在时间还早，让李四一过来谈谈年终绩效的问题，领导说，今年你的绩效我已经打好了，你的绩效是D,A B C D,D是最差的，李四一也猜到了，今年犯了太多MO,被批评了也很多次，没被开除算轻的了。领导问李四一有什么意见没？

李四一说，我没意见，就算有意见又怎么样呢？李四一不入地狱，谁入地狱。李四一回到了工位，邮箱已经收到了老板发过来的绩效表，绩效表是和年终奖挂钩的，李四一看了一下年终奖，0.5个月的基本工资。

不错，总比没有好，李四一和白班的开完交接会，把今天的报告一发，就准备下班了。下班的时候，李四一又看到领导找其他的同事面谈了，其他的同事个个脸上都洋溢着喜悦的笑容，李四一也被感染了，笑了一下，也有同事，发微信问李四一，你的绩效怎么样？李四一也直白地说，我就是倒数第一，0.5个月的年终奖，应该没有比我低的了吧。

李四一在回家的路上，就收到了银行的工资入账消息，应该是年终奖一起算了的，比上个月，多了几千块钱，公司也是体贴，担心员工过年没钱，提前发了工资和年终奖！

李四一骑着共享单车，路过一座座工厂，路边的树木叶子也已经掉光，冷风吹着李四一的手指，有种刺骨的痛，应该带个手套的，李四一把衣服袖子往外一扯，包住了自己的双手，风也吹不进去了。

这时候路边下起了大雪，这是今年的第一场雪，李四一停下了车，任凭雪在自己身上飘打，雪落在李四一的黑色棉服上面，化成了一片片冰花，记忆中的第一场雪，李四一还拿着塑料袋在地上捡呢，想着检点雪到废品回收站去卖呢，可到废品回收站的时候，发现口袋里面的雪也已经化成水了卖不了。

李四一把自行车还了，打算走路回去了，踩在路上，鞋底还发出沙沙的声音，雪也越来越高，李四一的腿也越来越吃力，他小心翼翼地在路边走着，就这样走了回去。

李四一在沙县小吃点了一份鸭腿饭，一个卤蛋，一碗瓦罐汤，吃了起来，瓦罐汤的热气，和李四一张来嘴巴呼出的热气交汇在一起。

吃完饭，就快快睡去吧，晚上又是一个夜班，有了年终奖的激励，李四一的干劲，也更加十足了～
