李四一在工地打灰工资被包工头克扣了

人到中年的李四一，上有老下有小，拖着疲惫的身子，在各地的工地上面奔波着。清晨李四一从板房的上铺被下铺的工友吵醒了，李四一看看手机，已经6点了，李四一拿上毛巾牙刷毛巾来到了板房外面的水龙头，接水，他挤了一点工友的牙膏，开始刷牙。

李四一把水杯里的水倒在嘴巴里面，囫囵了一下，吐了出来，李四一把毛巾打湿，水有些冷，李四一忍着冰冷刺骨的凉水，把脸擦了一下，就结束了洗漱。

李四一和工友又拿着不锈钢饭盆去工地食堂吃饭了，早餐是一些粥，馒头，咸菜，谈不上美食，只是饱腹而已。李四一看着工人们疲惫不堪的眼神，想着什么时候才是个头呢？

早餐结束之后，李四一又和工友穿好马甲，安全帽，安全带，劳保鞋，往隔壁的工地走去，大门写着，四一集成电路项目部，应该是又是个半导体厂吧，工头给工友们开了一个简单的早会，检查了劳保用品之后，工头给李四一安排了今天的活，上午，李四一就负责在工厂外墙刷漆，他坐在几十米的吊车上面，拿着滚筒，就开始刷了，边上还有个工友是操纵吊车位置的。

油漆的刺鼻气味令李四一很难受，即便他带着放毒面具，刺激的气味依旧弥漫，防毒面具的带子勒着李四一的脸，像只大手捂着李四一的脸。李四一把面罩摘了，点了支烟，享受着难得的休息时刻。

烟灭了，李四一又继续工作了。日复一日，月复一月，半年一过，这个半导体建筑项目就这样结束了。厂里面第一台光刻机搬入仪式的时候，李四一还在仪式开始前帮他们在工厂大楼前面挂各种其他半导体公司送过来的祝福红联，在仪式结束的时候李四一又坐在吊车上面把那些挂联一一取下来。

项目结束的时候，李四一用蛇皮袋把自己的被子衣服一装，把衣架，脸盆一提，又去了劳动力市场，准备找下一步的工作。

李四一在一个招工栏看到了一个香港招建筑工人的招聘启事，薪水一万二，李四一看着还有点心动，拨通了电话，电话那头一打过去就有人接了，李四一说自己可以干钢筋工和泥工，那人加了李四一的微信，给李四一发了个地址，让李四一去这里找他，李四一坐上公交向那个地址出发了。

李四一见到了那位工头，在工头的帮助下，李四一办理好了去香港工作需要的手续。李四一拿着自己的蛇皮袋和桶，和工友们一起坐上了前往香港的高铁。

香港的繁华的街道和李四一貌似也没什么关系，李四一工作的地方，又是一个熟悉的工厂工地，宿舍也是熟悉的上下铺板房。

李四一就这样开始了工地打灰生活，某天，李四一和工友打算出去吃饭，食堂的饭已经吃腻了。他们在一家面馆坐了下来打算吃个面，他们旁边也是一样穿着劳保用品的工人，不过听口音，像是当地人，他们交谈了起来。

一聊才知道，工地工资最低三万块钱，李四一一脸诧异，那为什么自己才一万多块钱？他们和工友气得饭也吃不下了，打算去向劳工部门举报！

执法效率就是快，他们很快就把负责人给抓了起来，一了解才知道，中介把他们的工资扣了三分之二左右，这还不包括加班费。三万八的工资，发到工人手里就剩个一万二了。不过负责人被抓了，和李四一一样的内陆过来的工人也没了主管，也不知道该怎么办，负责人被抓的时候还叫嚣道，没我你们能来这里上班？确实，不过当地劳工部门还是把李四一这些工人安排了新的建筑劳务公司接手管理，承诺不克扣工资，他们也能继续在工地里面工作。

拿到不被克扣的工资的那一刻，李四一才觉得自己的劳动确实是实实在在地换到了自己应有的成果，连着之前被克扣的工资一起发到了自己的账户里面，李四一这个月拿到的薪水很丰厚，他和工友们去外面的商场吃了一顿火锅，庆祝一下发薪日。

快乐的时光总是短暂的，李四一工作的这个项目又匆匆结束了，他又踏上了返程的高铁，去寻找工地里，属于自己的一个位置了……
