李四一在半导体厂灭火

这天又是清洁工李四一的夜班，他拿着清洁工具，在fab里面穿行，他把无尘抹布固定在扫把上面，开始来回擦拭无尘室的地板，他也不清楚是他在用力控制扫把，还是扫把带着着李四一在机台边上来回穿行。夜晚的fab里不太安静，天车在头顶上穿行是滑轮与轨道的摩擦声声音，如同两把把利剑，在李四一头顶上挥舞。
与此同时，还有头顶上FFU吹动的气流声，像一首摇篮曲一样，催着李四一说该睡觉了，到点了，确实，李四一眼睛又干又累的。有的机台还发出怪叫声，李四一嫌弃这种声音，轻轻的拍了一下机台盖板。他走到机台的电脑屏幕面前，看了一下时间，下午3点多，不对劲啊，这会不是夜班吗？他又去另外一台机子面前看了下时间，凌晨3点30。刚刚那台机的时间可能不太对吧。
李四一把这个区域都拖了一遍，便走到Move in口垃圾桶旁边，把周围的灯一关准备睡觉了，后背垫着用塑料袋装的垃圾垫着，还挺舒服的。李四一闭上眼睛，很快就入睡了。
这时候，李四一的鼻子里面传来一股烧焦的味道，是哪里着火了吗？李四一立马就清醒了。他跟随着味道，来到了黄光区，从地板下面传出了一缕黑烟，李四一趴在地板下透过地板的孔看到一个电柜正在冒着黑烟，明火是没看到了。
李四一顺着楼梯，一路走到了subfab的冒烟区域，烧焦的味道是从这里来的，这一排的柜子，李四一望着长长的线缆，应该是连着上面的光刻机的，冒烟的柜子不光冒烟，还闪着火花，由于柜子门是开着的，李四一看不到内部烧的情况，他拿着拖把的下面，用顶部的杆子戳了一下柜子上面的红色的按钮，噼里啪啦声倒是停了，李四一能听见旁边几个柜子的风扇/运转声都停了。
柜子依旧冒着烟，有点小火苗，李四一打开柜门，上面的断路器由白色，烧成了黑色，李四一拧开带下来的尖嘴瓶盖，倒了下去，结果火烧得更旺了，李四一闻了闻瓶子，一股酒精味，一看标签，写的是DI water，哪个缺德的在这瓶子灌酒精了。
李四一去旁边取了几瓶DI water，闻了才放心往上倒，小火苗这就灭了。李四一出了fab，向中控室报告了这一情况，并且带着安全部门的值班人员/设备值班查看了着火点的情况，经过设备评估，着火的是机台的的主电柜，没有人员受伤，可以继续正常工作。
不过李四一也被严厉批评了，开会研究细数李四一的几宗罪，
一发现着火不及时报告。

四夜班在fab里面睡觉
研究决定扣除李四一半个月的工资，发配厂里保安室登记厂商进出换卡。禁止进fab了。
李四一想着换岗也不错，保安室也是个好岗位呢。至于机台电柜为何突然着火了，也是众说纷纭，有的人说是不是李四一恶意纵火，不是他点的火，他为什么要去救火？
也有的人说，厂商电柜不过关，用了劣质的电气元件导致电柜自燃。
也有说厂里电压不稳定的，220V的电压，突然到了380V，甚至几千V导致电流过大，发热，电柜就烧了……
不过电柜确实是自燃的，经过核对，机台有问题的时候，李四一正在move in口睡大觉呢？李四一确实是处于好心，去灭火的，监控看得清清楚楚，包括李四一的打呼噜声。

Li Siyi walked along the stairs and came to the smoking area of the subfab. The smell of burning came from here. Li Siyi looked at the long cables in this row of cabinets. They should be connected to the photolithography machine above. The smoking cabinets not only smoked, but also flashed sparks. Since the cabinet door was open, Li Siyi could not see the burning inside. He took the bottom of the mop and poked the red button on the cabinet with the top rod. The crackling sound stopped. Li Siyi could hear the fans/operation sounds of several cabinets next to him stopped. The cabinet was still smoking and there was a small flame. Li Siyi opened the cabinet door. The circuit breaker on it turned from white to black. Li Siyi unscrewed the pointed bottle cap he brought down and poured it down. As a result, the fire burned more vigorously. Li Siyi smelled the bottle and smelled alcohol. He looked at the label and saw that it said DI water. Who was the wicked man who filled this bottle with alcohol? Three was that he used alcohol to put out the fire when the power cabinet caught fire. Four was that he slept in the fab during the night shift. It was decided to deduct half of Li Siyi's salary for a month and send him to the security room in the factory to register the manufacturer's entry and exit and change the card. He was forbidden to enter the fab. Li Siyi thought that changing jobs would be good, and the security room was also a good position. As for why the machine's power cabinet suddenly caught fire, there were also different opinions. Some people said that Li Siyi had set the fire maliciously. He did not start the fire, so why did he go to put out the fire? Others said that the manufacturer's power cabinet was not up to standard and used inferior electrical components, which caused the power cabinet to spontaneously combust. Some people also said that the voltage in the factory was unstable. The voltage of 220V suddenly increased to 380V, or even several thousand volts, which caused excessive current and heat, and the electrical cabinet burned... However, the electrical cabinet did catch fire spontaneously. After checking, it was found that when the machine had problems, Li Siyi was sleeping at the move in entrance.
