李四一作为厂里安全部门的一员，负责厂里面大大小小的安全事务，周四晚上，领导临时给李四一安排了周五中午的一个消防演习的事情。
消防确实是大事，半导体厂的设备多金贵，随便烧一下都是普通人一辈子也赚不到的财产。李四一也很重视这次消防演习，他打算在第二天一大早就去厂里面的消防栓里面试试水。
领导把演习方案发给李四一，也挺简单的，就接一下消防栓，在领导的指挥下，把水喷到指定的位置。
李四一一大早开完会便往消防栓走去，拿上工具，轻轻地打开消防栓的阀门，试了一下水，水压还不错，李四一又把阀门给关上了。就等着吃完午饭的时候，正式排练了。
李四一早早地去了食堂，员工们早已排上了长队，食堂外面站着一群带马甲安全帽的牛马厂商，他们规定要12点半以后才能用餐，曾经有不按规矩的厂商提前进食堂打饭，被厂里的人狠狠地教育了一下，说是再抓到就直接fab out。他们如今也只能等，等着厂里员工吃完的剩菜剩饭吃一吃了。
李四一吃完饭，穿上防火服，拿着水管 工具来到了fab前面的消火栓面前。领导也来了，不过跟着领导来的还有一群带着安全帽穿着马甲的农民工，他们手拿着白底黑字的横幅，高喊着还我血汗钱！
这么大个厂子，还能拖欠农民工工资？领导叫李四一把水管街上开始演习，把水管出水口对准农民工，李四一恍惚了一下，没听错吧。
领导叫李四一赶紧地，演习开始了。
李四一打开阀门，还是没有把口对准工人，他对着草坪滋水，领导模样的人也越来越多了，李四一看到了厂长也过来了，让李四一赶紧把水对准讨要薪水的农民工。
李四一看着领头的，那不是Xx设备，还有Xx工艺吗？从他们口中的讲述，李四一得知厂里已经有部分员工3个月没发工资了，公司一直用不同的借口糊弄过去，不过李四一的工资但是没影响，可能是因为李四一还有利用的空间吧。
领导一直让李四一把水管口对准工人，李四一于心不忍，直接把水管口对准了穿西装打领带的厂长的脚边，水滋了厂长一身，西装都打湿了，领导破口大骂，问李四一还想不想干了，李四一拿着扳手把消防栓关掉了，默默地收拾了。
这时警察也过来了，把带头闹事的抓了回去，厂长拿着旁边人递过来的干衣服，边擦脸边说道，放心，工资绝对不会少你们一分的，就是卖设备，卖厂也给你们发上。
聚众的工人也在执法人员的劝说下离开了工厂，而李四一收拾完工具，回到办公室，就收到了来自HR的辞退通知，说是不交代领导告知的工作。
李四一再待着，可能也只是浪费青春了，他签署了辞退通知，拿了几本无尘本，一些A4纸，还有茶水间的一些茶包，离开了办公室，未来在哪里，李四一也不知道，只知道当前需要走出这个工厂，去吃个晚饭。
李四一在一家沙县小吃吃了一份炒米饭，茶树菇老鸭汤，还加了一个鸭腿，边上坐着的，有工厂里的工人，也有厂商，还有几个今天去讨薪的工人，工人朝着李四一笑了笑，李四一朝着他们点点头，希望他们的工资能讨要成功吧……
